He's saying it's good for PANR, don't think it's disastrous for them but there's a CR coming their way.
They must have known all this for a while and so are releasing the news now to get a lift from 88E targeting the SMD.

With PANR down over 40% it's not surprising we are down slightly but the spread is still very tight and there will be a quick recovery.
Always amuses me how management ( in this case PANR ) try and put some positive spin on what is for them is bad news.
PANR will need money from somewhere now and they have said our target zone is the commercially attractive one.

Yes, into the SMD which PANR are saying has better quality.
Moreover they say they fracced into a gas cap so are going to review and go back which means they need money and the market doesn't like that.
