I really do wonder why spikey comments on a stock he has no interest in.

I know these are public opinion boards and I get all that but no one stands to lose any more than they have already invested and it's six years since the de list so what is the point or reason ??????????

Fair enough........we're all in agreement so not much longer and we can all put this away back where it was for years.

I heard on good authority that you were at that meeting with ABH immediately after the delist and that you threw your toys out of the pram and stormed out. I seriously doubt that multiple blockchain data acquisition was the reason and so I respectfully ask why you think this isn't genuine ??

Thanks Helx...... The shame is that if he had used a standard fitness tracker/watch with display and the addition of an ECG and bluetooth interface it could have been something.

Ditch the onitor and IMEC and start with a clean piece of paper. It was obvious the ECG design was seriously flawed by how close the electrodes were together just for starters. Obvious future units could have had a diabetes pad interface and made it into a one stop shop.

I think Hubba and a few others have known a few who were in the inner sanctum so to say and went to meetings with him and I'm glad the onitor is history as it really was a piece of junk but the ECG idea was good.

We're now into something that is blockchain related data harvesting which could well have the kind of value we're talking about especially if ABH has it sewn up legally which is more his thing as I'm sure that technically he was misled by whoever was advising him.

No doubt that making payments to nominee accounts would be the easiest and if it happens there will be plenty of publicity here and elsewhere along with all the celebrations.

Sorry to keep banging on about it but I cannot see a reason for doing this as a hoax . ABH would surely know that if this is a cruel deception then he is making things worse for himself and I don't think anyone, well certainly not in any numbers to make it worthwhile would fall for a 419 upfront payment.

Since the delist the contributors on here can be broadly classified as happy clappers, want to believe but sceptical and outright sceptics. Of course all blended into a continuous spectrum .

I thought there might be something in this after the March update but first red flag was only the licensing money was said to be in escrow. The agents and documentation I took as a positive as although my shares are in a nominee account and I would just get notified by my broker what about those with certificated shares and especially those who may have changed address?

I expected some link to a downladable PDF for these people and instead just vague promises about a nameless agent. Another red flag.

If the DaaP has been sold why does it need to be revealed who bought it and remember one update said all processes had been completed.

If I get an email from my broker saying I've got some money then fine else I've just gone back to writing this off.

I don't understand what possible advantage he could gain by this charade ??

Thanks hubba. I joined the legal group but it never achieved anything. There were quite a few on there that spoke with ABH regularly. Now the onitor has been left out I think many of us feel the same way as coedkernew ( BTW was born very near that area ).

625k @ 5.04 average so a decent chunk. Was intending to trade it but hung on after the nomad resigned suddenly . Having written this off years ago I'm sure many others are in the same mindset as being a possible winfall but don't want to get excited about a result so prepared for disappointment.

Did you go to those meetings with ABH back in the day or do you still speak to him ?

Saying the payment details will be announced by 16th May is not ambiguous.

It would be more useful spikey if you could suggest what possible advantage ABH could get out of making false promises.

Would be great if 16th May was the new Christmas this year !

These updates have been to the point and not contained what one poster called a word soup.

Not what we have been used to in the past which makes it even more difficult to find an ulterior motive.

If the instructions for payment turned out to be some kind of 419 operation then the game would be up but I don't honestly think ABH would do anything so naïve like that now after all this time ........just makes no sense.

It has been a mystery for seven years now why he did not just fold the company and creep away. There had been many untruths that the nomad had signed off in RNS's and the logical thing for any possible legal action would have been to go after the nomad as at least they were solvent.

In any case AIM is a sewer and there have been been many CEO's who have gotten away with it although mostly in the mining and E&P sector and some of them have been blatant serial liars........can't think of any successful class actions against them though.

If we disregard the theory that he's somehow lost the plot completely then I can think of only two reasons for drawing all this attention to himself and the company with the possibility of compounding the already bad reputation if untrue.

Also consider seethruwalls post and ask yourself why would you not just creep away from the mess of the onitor than draw attention to yourself.

The update looked ok and we have been promised the details by 16thMay which is as good as it gets so sincere good luck to all holders.

If you read the update it states unambiguously that the details will be published by the 16th May or just 11 days. It's been six years since the de list so what's another 11 days ?

escrow means the funds are held by a trusted third party until everything is signed off to all parties satisfaction. Just like buying a house where the funds are held in escrow until exchange of contracts.

I think this one is the last throw of the dice whatever.

For those with certificated shares I was reading through some comments on a facebook group called onitor pi and one of the admins said she thought there would be a form to download with address and bank details. No details other than that but it would stack up with the normal way of selling shares from a certificate. If it happens then those with shares in nominee accounts should get the funds allocated directly and I would guess be notified through a corporate action.
