You're sad and you're a sicko spkiey. ! You hang around a board of a delisted company that you have no financial interest in. You can't prove he's been selling shares off the back of saying it's been sold ( which would be immoral and probably illegal) yet you still say people may have lost MORE money. I've been looking for any evidence of that and I can't find any. You obviously can't wait for everything to fail and come back on here and crow about it so you make things up.

I will not be engaging in any ABH bashing if it does not come good as it's already all been said and I'm sure there are many queuing up to do that with websites , twitter sites etc exclusively devoted to that already.

No one will have lost more money and the investment status will not have changed. I don't buy ( no pun intended) the idea that it is a ruse to sell shares and even if it was then caveat emptor would apply. However I still cannot work out why you would go to the extent of keeping the company going and now saying all shareholders will paid out when if it does not happen will only invite more attention, vitriol and possible evidence for anyone contemplating legal action.......it makes no sense.

That was 6and a half years ago now AJH so was he still positive about the onitor ? or was it about data acquisition.?

I haven't given this hardly any thought for the last several years and it was only after the March update which surprised me. He has made a definitive statement for the end of May so if it's more delays/waffle/etc.........then I think we can forget it but I'm prepared to be positive until June 1st and hope for the best.

CEO's taking payment in company shares is usually regarded as very positive.

Why would he want to load up on shares if he didn't think the company had any value. I mean really what would be the point ?

Like Helx says, real shareholders couldn't care how many shares he has but I think it's about 28% of the company. We all just want this to conclude and see a financial settlement now.

I heard from a few people who were offered shares over that period but not since the November update. If he was offering shares to people now it would surely have got out on twitter/facebook/etc I don't think this is the time to be negative as the updates have been getting more regular and he's setting real deadlines and not just the old waffle. If it drags on with more can kicking then I'm off but this is his big chance to retrieve his reputation and make good to all the long suffering shareholders, plus no one has given a good reason why he would say this is a financial settlement and give some information on how it will be paid.

Your final statement JDentist is exactly what I have been trying to figure out.

It is not the MO of a scam artist to hang around after the event. I can think of a few who have continued with placings and consolidations and more placings or setting up/moving to a new lifestyle vehicle company but in this case the nomad was afraid to support any more statements and no one else was prepared to take it on, so it went private which was always going to be a difficult place to raise more cash from.

The onitor was technically useless but I got fooled when Peter Griffith came on board and the product went to CES as I thought it would sell. ABH was always more interested in how he could monetise the medical data and I suspect he may well have secured certain patents and legal ownership of methods related to medical Data acquisition,,,,,,but that's just my opinion. If it was just about the onitor the natural thing to have done would be to quietly disappear.

This has become famous because of all the bit part players and especially winnifroth who I think gained his info from contractors who reported the onitor was a dud. ABH really was not in control of the onitor so called tech and had the wrong people feeding him info. I think he went along with the deceit because he thought like many others have done in the past, that just over the next hill were the sunny uplands he had been aiming for.

I remember people saying they had been offered shares back in 2019 but not since there was an update saying the register was frozen and that effectively would close any grey market. If there was a grey market now then I'm sure many people with certificated shares would want to trade them. I' know he has awarded himself a lot of equity also.

There does seem to be a change with these announcements of a sale but if as you say it will be used to generate revenue by selling shares now since a sale announcement then we'll find out soon enough and I'm no legal expert but what you're describing sounds like blatant fraud. I think we should just all relax and wait to see what plays out unless you have evidence that he's already trying to sell more shares now.

If there's another cash call I'll just laugh.

If you want to explore lies and deceit this one has had it's day and you'd be better employed saving the gullible in the E&P sector.......plenty of scope there !!
