That's the 275 million dollar question Angus. I don't buy ( pun intended ) the selling shares theory and we would have heard something for sure if that was going on. Moreover I think there would be very few takers so as to not make it worthwhile. Mystery that's a puzzle wrapped up in an enigma.

I do agree with hubba that there is no evidence he has been selling shares on the strength of a few updates on a cheap to host website. Anyone doing even the most basic due diligence would be foolish in the extreme aka .....a mug.

The mystery as to why he has stirred this up again still remains.

I think he just enjoys telling lies. There is no buyer and nothing to sell and no point in wasting time reading about it.

Don't see any point in being negative now and so I'd say just let it play out.

It makes no sense to keep the company going and say it's sold and there will be a payout that I can see would be to the advantage of ABH. The MO of failed AIM companies is for the CEO and board to run away and start new companies with new names.

Apparently both Alta and impulse Dynamics were founded by his brother SBH. Opinion on other social media seems to think it's not them. Despite all the talk from those who are not invested ( you know who I mean ) I have seen no evidence of ABH trying to sell shares on the basis of the sale he announced last November and so hopefully all still to play for. The updates have always been written in bad English, so ignoring that , the last one was quite definitive in the outcome and he has now painted himself so far into the corner any further delays will not go down well.

This would be consistent.

Changed it Parish and you're right. I was only aware of the Update last November because it was posted on other boards and then took no notice until the March update. I know he was selling shares in 2020 and someone I knew who spoke with him told him he could have as many as he wanted. That was three years ago and I have been looking for any evidence that he is trying to sell shares since last Nov but honestly can't find any. As one poster commented today " only Amit knows the reasons for the latest updates ".

I'm hoping for a positive conclusion to this for everyone's sake and he has painted himself right into the corner now and so for me this is the end of wasting any more time whatever the outcome.........although I'll keep a weather eye on anything material out of curiosity.
