You got that right about writing it off and I was prepared to give him a chance to maybe get something out of this but frankly it's turned into a cruel play on investors and worse still the mugs he got signed up for the pre IPO and private sales that we know took place in 2020. If anyone has parted with any more based on last November's statement then more fool them but I doubt it. The only thing left now is to find out why this charade is being played out as you can be sure the only beneficiary will be him !!

I think there could be something in that he is trying to show some kind of activity consistent with the lies he spun to people years ago after the de list and pre ipo in order to escape litigation as there were quite a few who said they were going to take legal action.

Not even any kind of date this time and he has left it to the discretion of the non existent buyer who is conveniently hidden by so called NDA's

The only way this was ever going to happen was if there was equity funding which would have destroyed shareholder value quickly so instead it has been death by a thousand cuts to maintain the company as a lifestyle vehicle. TRP has a history of this.

It may look as though it's going bust but then there may be another refinancing with a new set of mugs aka investors as has happened before.

Even the happy clappers have deserted the sinking ship now which should be indicative of where this is going.

Well point Z that may mean this whole charade may be to try and keep alive the prospect of a sale as a defence against litigation. In which case there will have to be a " deals off " and a pathetic " we nearly got there " statement in his defence. Just a thought as a possible reason for all this.

Shareholders were hoping they were going to get something back but I really can't see anyone parting with more money to throw at this $h1tshow. If you have real evidence he's been selling shares on the strength of a confirmed sale then that is definitely illegal. As for anyone actually parting with money then Caveat emptor.

I really thought their might have been something in this as he was putting deadlines on news when he could have left it vague as has happened before. Four updates of lame excuses and the credibility has gone for me. I know everyone wants this to happen but we all have our thresholds for credibility.

Right now this company doesn't even have a licence to drill Njonji. If you were the Cameroon authorities would your patience not be wearing thin on a company that keeps saying it's going to develop this prospect and has done nothing. TRP has historically diluted shareholders to oblivion and it looks no different now. No Bank loan and no JV so maybe Asher's plan is to do an equity raise and repeat the process. The alternative is it goes bust.

Only thing I can say is that a whole thread has been deleted so his old censorship network is still operating as in the past. Currently four updates of delays does not inspire confidence and the chance of anything positive diminishes with every one as they just become laughable if it wasn't just plain sick !

From talking to others, some of whom took part in the pre IPO charade then I think it's at zero now, or at least so close that it's hardly worthwhile all this nonsense, unless he's now just desperate for nickels and dimes, Policy was to give him a chance to meet a deadline but the last excuse citing a " technical issue " is a red flag on a number of levels.

Overall this was a cruel shred of hope for many but he's had his chance and failed again.

Reasons for him dragging this back from obscurity range from trying to show activity to stave off legal action to in due of the time that has gone by he is trying to recruit a new cohort of mugs to part with their hard earned. I wrote this off years ago dagenham and I think most others did also. What intrigues me now is why he has stirred this up again as I don't think there would be many people who would buy shares on the strength of what he has presented and so he must be really broke to be trying to scrape the barrel out with this.

If this does turn out to be a 419 then he will have shown himself to really be the lowest of the low but whatever it is there is a reason for it.

I think if you did your research you might realise that HITS has a very good knowledge of this company and all the antics of ABH. But you go ahead and filter him and anyone else you like as no one cares. When ABH started putting out definite dates in March I thought there could possibly be a chance that shareholders would maybe get some return. but the further litany of lame excuses and delays has made me realise that on the balance of probabilities this is just another pack of lies. The reason for it yet to be decided and that's the only thing I'd like to know as frankly there is no chance we are getting anything back.

This is not what people want to hear but false hope is the worst kind of torture so just think about it and get real !
