Warrants
Good Morning Slowlyslowly
What this means is that in the current placing of 1,666,666,666 at the price of 0.012p if this resolution is passed (it will be) then there are 3,333,333,332 warrants which have an exercise price of 0.02p.
Many Posters often get the price mixed up and cant mentally calculate what the warrants really cost. A quick calculation tells you that the company will get £666,667 in cash for the new warrants at the price of 0.02p but if they were at the same price of the 1,666,666,666 shares then they would only get £400,000. Basically the ones who get the 1,666,666,666 shares will be paying a premium to obtain additional shares.
Our new Benefactor will have about 1,468,780,686 or 14.2155% of the larger shares in issue of about 10,332,221,132. There are many other warrants from previous placings that may also be exercised at various prices (see previous RNS’s)
I posted a link previously and a prolific Poster retorted that it had already been discussed but what they failed to check from the link was the $55 million in the form of a loan note. You may want to read closely the document lodged on 29/11/18 and then if you do the in-depth research you will realise that the RTO vehicle is going to be Coeur Gold Holding Ltd.

PS I bought my FOOT shares on 5/09/18 and sold yesterday and moved the funds to PSL.
