You are wrong Happytobemike. I was not selling yesterday. My final sell of the old CLP (if it was still called CLP was on 28th May 2021 sold the last batch of my shares at 1.45p and that was 975,000 for net proceeds of £14,096.25p.

This was after selling lots in March 2021 @ 4.32p 4.2p 4.13p 3.91p 3.91p 3.85p 3.77p 3.63p 3.42p 2.75p 2.82p 2.82p 2.74p 2.65p 2.6p 2.5p 2.24p 2.4p 2.31p 2.2p 2.2p 2.16p 2.05p 1.9p 1.73p 1.7p 1.66p 1.56p 1.32p 1.31p 1.18p.

I have been buying and I bought 200,000 this morning. I sent a screenshot to Addisonshare of all my recent buys and within the screenshot there is the “final” sell from May 2021.

First: I note SSB and Muscles12 have done as requested last Friday and desisted but I think they will come back to gloat.

Second: One poster said a few days ago they were down £70K. (sorry I do not have the time to check who it was apologies) say for calculations they bought 2.5 million and it cost them about £100K then when they posted we were at around 1.2p so if they still had 2.5 million then on paper only worth £30,000 so they would be down over £70K.

If anyone were to invest £100,000 in a single share and not to have made contact with all the BoD then what research did they do? We all see placings in AIM shares for £200K or £300K and often they come with warrants. You even see AIM companies taking silly loans for £150K or £250K at 15% over 6 months and paying a fee of 20%. What sort of information do you think the loan providers are given before they hand over the money?

To not engage with the BoD when you are investing over £100K is ….. you fill in the blanks.

Third: LtdAxis likes to just put out the odd negative but still likes to buy. Doubts my holding. LtdAxis is limit in knowledge and research.

Fourth: Some think I knew something, incorrect. FG made me an Insider once and never again as my hands were tied and I am not into bondage.

Fifth: By doing Research you can discover things. We all knew an update was overdue. We all knew if FG delivered then logic tells us that another or several Patents would be lodged.

Yes I have talked about the Nobel Prize before and do you not think that if QBT crack Quantum Computing that there will be some sort of International Recognition?

I wrote many years ago about being in Northern Italy when I went to visit our Assets of CLP (the Water Park and the Land) I also stayed a few nights in Padua, the University Town where FG studied and then became a professor there.

I also spoke to a few people and like in the USA where they have High-School Year-Books, the consensus view was that Francesco Gardin was destined for a Nobel Laurette. Even with 20 “experts” working on Quantum Computing there are usually one or two who are “leading” / “Co-ordinating” the Research and it is these people that are “Recognised” by the Academic World.

Communication: Yes it appears that we all want better communication but because of how LSE and the “System” works it does not work (or so it appears) to work in favour of ordinary shareholders. You may recall that in 2017 – 2018 we changed Broker. This was after I had spoken to FG about them, but he already had that in hand, and they were despatched a few months later. FG does not tolerate dishonesty.

Peter Fuhrman, NED is in my opinion an excellent choice of a Non-Executive Director. He has the contacts we need to capitalise on any developments that materialise.

3rd NED, we just have to let this process run its due diligence, I have no idea who FG will select but do not be surprised if it is a big hitter.

To be crystal-clear I have no access to inside information but what I am confident of is that the trolls lost.

QBT issued an RNS on 30th September 2021 (a Thursday) at 7am. This was because the information was then Public.

Chess

Posters who know me are aware that I play chess most evenings before I go to sleep.

Patience

Patience: the capacity to accept or tolerate delay, problems, or suffering without becoming annoyed or anxious.

I was patient for about 6 years and was rewarded handsomely.

I note that SSB sorry TW has had a number of their Posts removed, I wonder why.

I made two statements last week:

1) Ondaland (The Water Park) will be owned eventually by QBT in a just settlement for the fraud that the current owner orchestrated many years ago.
2) The Medinapolis Land Claim will be the next claim that FG begins but that it will settle quickly out of court.

I am not in possession of Inside Information (with regards to QBT) unlike TW with his information on Applied Graphene Materials (AIM share AGM) down 43.18% today, all because TW “interfered” and placed something on his website, shame on him.

I spoke with FG last week, on the day of the RNS about our Court win of €6.2 million, which will be about €11,455,359 when all the add-ons are computed.

I have said many times, it is not what is said it is what is not said. You can word questions in such a way as to get an understanding of what is going on.

I was at an AGM earlier this year and there was a shareholder there who I did not like due to his ignorance as to how to conduct themselves in their conversations with the BoD. He wanted inside information but did not want to be an “Insider”. I said to him that if he took a step-back and listened to what I had to say he may obtain the information that he was seeking.

The next day the CEO text me and said something like “Your explanation regarding how to make an educated guess on future turnover was faultless”

To be crystal clear, I did not ask FG anything that would put him in an awkward position but I did engage with him.

12 Guilty Men

With yesterdays news that the Venice High Court found in our favour and awarded us €6.2 million (plus interest and adjustments for inflation to accrue from different dates until the date of payment) in damages, plus €85,499 in legal expenses. As I stated yesterday I have calculated the interest when added to the €6.2 million it will be about €11,455,359.

For ease of calculation this is about €1 million for each of the “Guilty Men” and the estate of the one deceased.

Now we know that FG has formed a Team to recover the Award and that FG is going after their Assets.

Because of what I know about the Owner of Ondaland (the Water Park) each and every one of the “Guilty Men” will have concerns that their hidden assets will be discovered and that they will have some local issues with the Italian Tax Authorities.

Again, for ease of calculation let’s say a “Guilty Man” has hidden €5 million and FG’s Team locates this (remember FG’s connection to PBV Monitor) now not only will they have to cough-up €1 million but they will have an issue explaining how they had these hidden assets. Oh, what to do? Pay FG and hope that is the end of it?

There are additional concerns for a few of the “Guilty Men” because some f them owere also “former Mediapolis directors and members of its internal audit committee” They thought they got away with it at Sipiem but they did not so it will be concerning for them that they could be hit with the €20 million Mediapolis litigation claim.

When FG’s Recovery Team locates their hidden assets, they will have an incentive to quickly settle any Mediapolis litigation because they know that FG will pursue them with the same vigour and determination as he did with the Sipiem Court Case.

PS Now have you done any research about how the Italian legal system actually apportions our legal claim if one or more of the “12 Guilty Men” has no realisable assets? Would Mr Ondaland really want to pay for all the “12 Guilty Men” on his own with “His Ondaland” or will he have a few horses heads to deliver to the others?

I spoke with FG this morning to congratulate him on a successful conclusion of the Sipiem litigation.

I am not going to hint at what FG said or did not say in our conversation. All I will say it was good to talk to a friend this morning who has all shareholders close to his heart.

When I first met FG we were adversaries.

Then I had private conversations with FG and I began to understand his determination to right a wrong (the misappropriation of our Investments in Sipiem and Ondaland the Water Park)

FG has spent the past 7 years when he returned to the BoD with the sole purpose of recovering our assets. FG has to be commended for his tenacity in pursuing this to a successful conclusion.

Posters can hum and haw that it will take years to recover the funds, not true you will see settlements come in (without any discounts as FG wants his 10% and rightly so)

Now you need to go back to the Medinapolis Land Auction where the old CLP did not bid for the Land (remember I attempted to bid for the Land)

I asked FG at the AGM that day in London when the Auction was taking place in Italy and I asked him directly why CLP did not put in a Bid. You will recall I posted at the time he said he would not bid for the Land as it was ours.

To summarise Medinapolis: FG will instigate the claim for €20 million and will settle quickly at a reduced cost because the Litigants will know what happened with Sipiem. (Additionally, the receiver awarded CL17 a claim against former Mediapolis directors and members of its internal audit committee, previously valued by the receiver at above €20m. The Company has paid €50,000 to enter this claim, the payment will be deducted from any amount received under the claim)

Ignoring the interest and the adjustments for inflation it would come in at €11,455,359 and this is over 8 years.

The longer each litigant takes to settle their share of the claim goes up by about €76,369 each year.

This is because at €11,455,359 is liable by the 12 defendents so each is due to pay today about €954,613 and at 8% it increases at about €76,369 after one further year. So they will all look to settle quickly in my opinion.

Double the Pay-out

Our awarded claim is for €6,188,974 and a small amount of expenses of €85,499 (plus interest and adjustments for inflation to accrue from different dates until the date of payment) in damages.

I have never been able to establish what the Italian Courts apply for the percentage of interest in their legal claims.

When I was doing PPI Claims for my Clients, the UK default rate was 8%.

As a rule of thumb, if you apply 7% on a claim, it doubles in about 10 years and if you apply 10% it doubles in 7 years.

I have established that the defendant that died earlier this year (when there was a slight delay in the Court Case) did not “escape” his obligations on death, his estate is liable for his part of the claim.

There are about 5 or 6 of the Litigants who are high net worth individuals. One owns Ondaland, the Water Park.
Like the UK, the Italian system has processes in place where assets can be retrieved if the Court deems that a Litigant deliberately tried to “hide their assets”.

I will make a bold statement today that will come true.

Ondaland (The Water Park) will be owned eventually by QBT in a just settlement for the fraud that the current owner orchestrated many years ago.

I will make a second bold statement today that will also come true.

The Medinapolis Land Claim will be the next claim that FG begins but that it will settle quickly out of court.

PS Eddie some good news while on holiday, enjoy.

On our Interims as of 30th June 2022 we were informed that our NAV was £8.23 million including cash.

Our cash balance (no debt) was £427,000.

Since 30th June 2022 we have to pay our normal running costs such as Directors Fees (not excessive for an AIM Company) and all the fees associated by being a listed Company on AIM.

We were informed on 1st July 2022 that our BoD invested £226,000 in Landore Resources @ £0.22598 but what we were not told about was if this investment was made before the 30th of June 2022.

It is important to know if this investment in Landore Resources (AIM LND) was before we were informed of our cash balance of £427,000 or after. If this investment had to be paid after the 30th of June 2022 then we have very little cash left.

Some of my criteria for investing in a Company are:

No Debt
Cash in Bank
No Death Spiral Loan Notes
BoD aligned with shareholders
Good communication with shareholders.

I will let you decide if the above still applies to Primorus Investments.

PS What does the Market know that we do not? NAV “allegedly” of £8.23 million and the Market Valuing our Company at £2.94 million (139,830,968 * 2.1p)

Primorus Investment invested £402,750 in RMM

Today RMM were suspended.

Our £402,750 has been lost in my opinion.

I am beginning to wonder what agenda our BoD have because I see a lack of communication from Rupert is not beneficial to our share-price.

It appears to me that our Directors interests are not aligned with ordinary shareholders. Take our recent investment in Interpac Ltd of £250,00 and one of our Directors (Hedley Clark) is “our” representative on the BoD of Interpac Ltd.

Now there is a pattern forming where Primorus Investments “invest” some of our money in a company and then a Director of Primorus Investments also “invests” in the same Company.

What are our BoD really doing with our Company?

PS Mercenary: primarily concerned with making money at the expense of ethics.

Definitely not.

I did reasonably well last year in ARB but after reviewing my research I exited.

Eddie probably sold a little QBT to get his £0.15 buy in that he pushed for and if he is honest he will buy more ARB to average down. Obviously he has had over exposure to the sun on his recent holiday.

He should have remained (imo) fully invested in QBT. He obviously does not know that today the Venice High Court does not sit 5 days a week but today it does.

Talking of Lunches

Recently I had lunch with a few friends that work (some now not working) in the Banking & Financial world.

You will (if you pay attention to the wider Market) know that things are not great for many Companies be that if they want to List on a Stock Exchange or if a Private Equity Company wants to take them private.

The access to Finance is drying-up and there is another Banking Crises already in motion.

QBT do not need to worry about their finances. We have our benefactor Eufingest whom we know has provided us with the funds (only 1% charged and our debt to them is I believe €3.5 million which matures 15th December 2022) to see us through the years to this point where we are about to have the conclusion of the Venice High Court case.

The Bond Holders have the right to convert at 5p.

We have warrants at 5p & 10p

We will soon have our second NED.

We are about to mature as a Company.

PS Whatever I thought FG may have done upon receipt of the Venice High Court Funds has changed. Money in the current unfolding financial crises is a rare commodity and if I know FG, he will use it to shareholder’s advantage.
