What will the Pied Piper collect?
Taking the current exchange rate of €1 = £0.87p then the 1% Bond of €3,423,707 would convert to about £2,967,719 add in a little interest and its about £3 million.
The Pied Piper is the only reason why QBT exists. If they had not funded us over the past 7 or 8 years then there would be no QBT.
£3 million converted into 1p shares is 300 million shares.
Eufingest’s share of the €4.8 million Bond €3 million. Bonds at present convert at 5p.
€4.8 million is about £4,160,710 this converts to about 83,203,400 shares at 5p. Eufingest would have about 52,019,420 (the other Bond Holders would have just over 31 million.
Ignoring the 5p & 10p Options:

Pied Piper’s Bond Shares 300,000,000
Pied Piper’s 2nd Bond 5p shares 52,109,420
Other Bond Holder’s 5p shares 31,183,980
Potential Shares after both Bonds converted about 1,340,845,251
Eufingest current shares as on our website 8.65% or about 82,828,235
Add 300 million and 52,109,420 = 434,937,655
So, on the above calculations the Pied Piper would have about 32.44%
