Aim-listed Oriole Resources expects a Boart Longyear drill rig to arrive at its Bibemi project site in Cameroon, by early December, which will enable the company to start its 3 000 m diamond drilling programme before the end of the year.....

....Oriole, under the terms of an option agreement with Bureau d’Etudes et d’Investigations Géologico-minières, is earning up to a 90% interest in the Bibemi and Wapouzé projects in northern Cameroon by spending $3.12-million over four years.

Oriole is currently in the third year of that investment period.

The company in September signed a diamond drilling contract with London-listed Capital Drilling to conduct drilling on site, which will focus particularly on stacked veins recently identified at the northern end of the 5.3-km-long Zone 1 target."

Wow! H1 results are way ahead of expectations, and H2 is expected to be similarly good.

With 3.02p EPS in H1 alone, that should mean around 6p EPS for the current year.

Plus CLX now have almost £10m net cash against the £63m m/cap, after excellent cash generation.

This really does look like it could be a big winner given the exposure to 5G and the booming telecoms sector:

"Liberum: ‘misperceptions’ at Wincanton

Wincanton (WIN) can continue its trend for winning new business, which Liberum says will correct ‘misperceptions’ about the logistics group.

Analyst Gerald Khoo retained his ‘buy’ recommendation and target price of 350p on the shares, which rose 4.6% to 253p yesterday.

‘Recent new business wins provide evidence of Wincanton targeting new opportunities with higher growth and margin potential,’ he said.

‘We see upside potential from further wins, which may correct the misperceptions about the earnings growth that the group has delivered in the past and the growth it can continue to deliver in the future.’

For the record, I note that the consensus forecast for the year about to end is 1p EPS, with a 0.3p dividend.

This rises to 1.31p EPS and a 0.4p dividend for the coming year. That will soon be a current year P/E at 14.25p of only 10.9. It's easy to imagine that (1) accelerating out of COVID, and (2) with a highly Green agenda, INSE could trade on a P/E of say 15 to trade at around 20p - and that's without any upgrades.

Up 5p and looking strong.

Good to see less than £30k of buys cause a 0.4p tick up today. Likely not much stock around.

Great to see Trellus advancing nicely, with the IPO set for next year and the in-specie dividend to shareholders about to happen.

Terrific contract win and expansion of relationship with Barrick - very nice indeed, with two more rigs taking the total to four, for the next two years, plus a five year lab services contract.

REAT not only now have a nice growing core business with a load of blue chip names and an ambitious managment team who have turned the company around, but they will likely benefit for some years to come from the increased necessity for deep cleans and regular update cleans as a result of COVID-19.

The m/cap here is just £5.2m. With £1.8m and rising net cash to finance organic growth and external acquisitions, plus very good recurring income at 50% or so of revenues, there should over time be plenty to interest investors here.

Rishi Sunak's National Infrastructure Strategy for £100 billion of long-term investment will be revealed on Wednesday.

This should have lots of good news for RNWH, concentrating on flood defences (Seymour Civil), transport and potholes (Carnell), 5g/fibre broadband (Clarke Telecom), electric car charging points (Seymour, Carnell) etc.

Mark Watson-Williams on Master Investor has updated this weekend on SUR as follows:

Down to just 46p at the start of this month, the shares have been edging higher this week, putting on 12.5% this week alone, closing at 54p.

Do not underestimate this group – basic services and cash generative, a classic combination.

I still see them touching 70p within the next few months."

It's also worth noting the very strong "Current Trading" statement today:

"This strong trading has continued into the third quarter with revenues increasing by 29 per cent. to 30 September 2020, compared to the same period last year and the Company has good visibility on performance for the fourth quarter and into 2021. It is the Directors' intention, in the short to medium term, to adopt a progressive dividend policy."

Great move by VLG to raise £34m at this time to take advantage of distressed sellers - and it seems they already have three well advanced potential acquisitions which would cost £25m-£30m and likely be extremely earnings-enhancing, particularly as the products can be produced internally.

As co-founders of VLG in 2010 I'm not too bothered about the CEO and Collins selling roughly half their shares into liquidity, and they can't sell any more for at least two years.

The 90p price is disappointing overall - but at least us PIs will get the chance to participate for another £2m. I'm pretty sure this fundraising would have been launched a little while ago, which would account (in the traditional way of the City....) for the share price drop to 90p or so. Today's 90p price is the result.

Evidently stock is in short supply.....
