REAT are looking rather good value.

Allenby have retained their prior forecasts of £850k EBITDA, almost £0.8m PBT and 0.14p EPS - though of course a full year's inclusion of the Fidelis acquisition takes the run-rate to 0.17p EPS.

Their forecast now seems rather conservative. With a stated MINIMUM of £350k EBITDA in H1, one might expect - with a little growth in H2, especially given the lockdown easing - a conservative £400k in H2. In addition, Allenby incorporate £295k EBITDA from Fidelis in H2 in their forecast (call it a round £300k).

That makes a total of £1.05m EBITDA, against Allenby's £850k forecast.

On an annualised basis, with a full year of Fidelis contributing £600k EBITDA, that's a run-rate of £1.35m EBITDA against a £12.4m m/cap......

Tamesis Partners this morning retain their 127p target, and note a current year P/E of only 8.5:

What a terrific update :o)) This share has to be worth 100p+ imho. The $185m - $195m forecast revenue looks very conservative given $44m revenue in Q1 with the Sukari contract still to come fully on stream and the overall mining environment so positive.

There are some choice bullish quotes:

-- Q1 delivered the highest quarterly revenues since the company's inception, with revenue growth delivered across all business units;

-- Expanded budgets within the exploration drilling market, creating significant tailwinds for the exploration fleet which contributed strongly to overall rig utilisation;

-- Capital Limited is currently experiencing the strongest demand environment for drilling services in a decade

- Looking ahead and having been awarded a number of new contracts with both new and existing customers in West Africa, our rig utilisation is expected to remain strong.

The mood of the narrative is ultra-confident. Good also to hear that the Sukari expansion is going well and actually marginally ahead of expectations.

Can't ask for more at this stage.
