Excellent results from CLX's major customer SPT today - which have been well received by the market. Lots of snippets about the rosy prospects for 5G testing etc, including amongst others:

Dartron, I assume the strategy is to take profits over time and recirculate the funds into the core business. For example, updating my last post, it seems CAPD now have 5.35m CORA shares as per the last disclosure, meaning they must have sold around £500,000's worth. Which at around 15.35p would make the holding now worth a further £0.82m - assuming CAPD still hold them all.

More good news encouraging results this morning from CAPD client Hummingbird at Yanfolila, with further drilling now planned:

"The drill programme has been a success and has showed that mineralisation continues to plunge to the north and is open down dip from these current holes. Drill planning has already commenced for 2022 which will be designed to test for further extension to the high-grade zones below the current level of drilling with a view to add further mineral resources that can be exploited by the future underground operation."

Yesterday the IC did their latest screening of all quoted companies to see which would pass their stringent Growth At A Reasonable Price (GARP) tests.

Just two companies on AIM passed them all. SUR were one of them!

"Once again, companies are finding it difficult to pass all of the tests on our Growth at a Reasonable Price (GARP) screens after the pandemic played havoc with growth forecasts over the past year. Among both the large cap and Aim indices respectively only two companies passed all the tests set by the screen while among the small cap universe no companies passed all seven tests.

On Aim Sureserve (SUR) and Smart Metering Systems (SMS) topped the charts as the only two companies to pass all seven tests, although 13 companies passed six of the seven tests set for the junior market screen."

Good to see a 3% move up this morning on decent early volumes. Hopefully back to 3.5p or so soon if the seller has now finished.

As you can see, we are busy with these tenders and if we have a reasonable level of success, we will be very busy in the future.

On the current projects there has been some excellent progress on PPP fabrications at West Cumberland with the completion of the first phase of Wall Boxes, and the commencement of the vessels for SCP. Magnox Island has progressed well at Springfields and we have mobilised on the Manchester Town Hall."

Looking strong - as I said before I can see 450p-500p here once KAPE re-rates to a multiple appropriate to its sector. Especially with more acquisitions likely in the near future.

This morning I've just received news alerts about SCE recruiting variously for an (I won't bother to copy the links):

- Maintenance Engineer
- Machine Operator
- Energy Improvement Manager

I normally only get the occasional alert about a single vacancy at a time. Things appear to be hotting up.

Even more terrific drilling results this morning from CORA, which has zoomed up to 14p and makes CAPD's holding worth over £1.2m.

Plus PDI are now up to A$0.17, so this holding is now worth around £8.5m from a quick calculation.

And CORA's drill programme continues (from today's RNS):

FNX have been rising every day this week, and are up again today on relatively small volumes - which hopefully means our seller has now been cleared.

The Naked Trader has just sent out his latest update this afternoon - as below he's been buying more SUR.....which should bring in some more buying:

"I topped up in long term holding Sureserve. SUR. It seems to be getting a bit of wind behind it and it has always looked cheap at anything under 100p.

It is on the up at the mo and 100p looks in sight.

Hi Guitarsolo. A P/E of say 20 can not only be for companies achieving high growth - they are also for those companies which combine solid growth with high defensive characteristics and have a proven record of continuous growth over a long period.

RNWH are (imo!) going to achieve very agreeable growth for some years to come for the reasons already outlined. And - that growth could be supercharged by acquisitions given the financial leeway now available to RNWH.

"Berenberg raises target price on CentralNic

Analysts at Berenberg raised their target price on domain registrar CentralNic from 180.0p to 200.0p on Friday, stating the firm's "true potential" had been revealed.

Berenberg said CentralNic was "a misunderstood business", which looks "very different" now when compared to a few years ago thanks to its newly formed high-growth online marketing business that makes up more than half of the firm today.

In its initiation note in June, Berenberg highlighted the potential for top-line growth to accelerate, driven by online marketing and the sale of value-added services alongside domains.

With CentralNic reporting 20% organic growth in its interim trading update earlier in the week, Berenberg now believes its thesis has started to play out.

"On an annualised basis, the reported top-line numbers were circa 11% ahead of consensus and consequently the stock was up circa 10% on the day and is up circa 20% since our initiation," said the analysts.

"With management confident of delivering revenue for the year well ahead of market expectations, we more than double our organic growth forecast for FY 2021 and raise our price target to 200.0p, which still represents circa 110% upside to the current share price."

The German bank, which stood by its 'buy' rating on the firm, added that it expects the stock to "materially re-rate" if the company consistently outperforms for a few more quarters."

Up 4.5p already today - yet at 91p SUR are on a P/E of only 11.7 for the year about to start based on 7.8p EPS forecasts - and they have a £10m cash pile to enable further earnings-enhancing acquisitions.

Plus there's huge visibility of revenues going forward.

Decent buying coming in - around 71,000 shares bought in the last few minutes at the full 98p offer or just under. Hopefully presaging another nice move up....

Good to see Kestrel still buying - they now own 22.6%, or 56.7m shares after buying more at prices up to 96.4p:

Up 2.5p already today to 85.5p and looking strong after the big director buy and the recent raft of good news.

Yet still only on a P/E of 10.9 for the upcoming year based on forecasts of 7.8p EPS (which may soon be upgraded anyway).

Today's Shares Magazine reiterates its Buy for SDI in its Great Ideas column. It concludes:

"Acquisitions are a major part of the story so it is pleasing to see growth opportunities enhanced by its latest, Monmouth Scientific. Strong cash generation (it cleared its £4 million net debt last year) and balance sheet strength underpin this
acquisition strategy, with one analyst highlighting the benefit from the company’s increasingly diverse catalogue products and end markets.

‘With a good order book and good trading in May and June, as laboratories re-open post-pandemic, we leave revenues unchanged implying strong growth of 20%,’ FinnCap analysts said of their full year April 2022 forecasts.

SHARES SAYS: ? Still a great buy for the long-term."
