Not at all! He could have misheard or just written it down incorrectly. You are picking on a really common mistake made by many that all small cap shares are on AIM. The rest of the post was spot on.

The truth is NFX is a main market share. Whether AIM was mentioned or not is immaterial. If it was mentioned it would have been a slip of the tongue from a director that should have known better.

Just because the shares are fully underwritten doesn't mean there won't be some dilution. It just means that if investors chose not to take their shares the investors who have underwritten the offer will take up any of the slack - thus guaranteeing full take up. However, the dip will be softened by the increase in NAV to 178p thus the current share price holding and not lowering towards the OO price.
