RE: BOUNCE AFTER CHURN13 May 2022 16:50
Pauly, Gulable, I absolutely get what you are saying here and that has indeed been the past experience here. The same ramping style is also evident here, I can see that too. However, I do agree with one thing Phoebus is trying to convey; i.e. this is different! When Clon signed up for the Tano block in Ghana it was a brilliant deal for such a small company to get anywhere near having a plot in such a sweet spot. However, they would have learned from the fact that it had to yet be ratified through the quicksand of African politics. What Clon have ought into here seems to reflect the lessons of the past. This project doesn't need anything prior to the drill. I don't know how they did it but this is "potentially" and by potentially, that needs to be seen through the lens of a 32% chance of success. It could fail of course or other things could happen. But in terms of what Phoebus is saying about potential here, I agree with him on that. Bear in mind that the BOD awarded themselves shares and also deferred there payments till 2024. They have just as much interest in the SP rising as we do now. This may well be a retirement package for them....not financial advice and DYOR, it's all in potential and no guarantees on AIM GLA :)
