That is my only worry at the moment Pauly, if this company goes under that is. Otherwise, this drop in price is a buying opportunity and a chance to get my average down even further. In my opinion, I don't think it is going to go under just yet and a rise in price is all but inevitable at this stage. GL :)
Still here P80. I keep a cash stash for buying the dips and then patiently wait for any rises over 30%, that does take patience!
Mostly in Crypto these days as the Bull-run is about to kick off! Still hopeful that Clon may make good on one of their promises GL :)
As I have been here for over a decade now I can verify that everything Pauly 80 writes here is 100% accurate :)
Quotes from RNS: "Bolivia. Assessment by YLB is expected during March (of the reported 38 qualification submissions, including equipment suppliers and consultants as well as Direct Lithium Extraction developers), with negotiations on licence terms for those successful applicants anticipated during April."..........The above mentioned funding is likely to satisfy any initial requirement to show financial capacity
Question? If Clon have been successful in the first round, why wait till later to check if they actually had the financial capacity? Wouldn't that be one of the first concerns?..... Just a thought!
After the initial knee jerk reaction, I think the markets may view this quite positively. It wasn't in the BOD best interests to have to raise cash at this point so I am thinking that they genuinely see an opportunity ahead here and they are moving early to ensure nothing will compromise it. Worst case scenario for me here: Clon invites some investment capital in, like they did with the Ausie's, which means they will at least need to get the price up so they will get some kind of return for their buck, which will no doubt be promised to them prior to their investment.... all IMOO of course so DYOR and good luck :)
Hi Pauly, Yes, always good to catch up with you here; it's been many years, maybe more than a decade i've been hear! I concluded a long time ago that the BOD are happy to keep drawing a salary and invest for a comfortable retirement. No doubt there is a chance something they do will produce actual results and, admittedly, the upside is massive! However, these days I am all in on Crypto but buy the dips here and sell once they go back up. I always keep a couple of million shares in just in case though. Short term, the BOD will probably need to find some hopium to put out there to keep themselves in a job. The only way is up at these prices so I have topped up for now. If it doesn't go up then at least it can't drop very far.....GL and take care :)
I have waited patiently for this :) What is the downside versus the upside? No brainer!!
Thanks Poly, you also have been here a long time and you have fully my respect! I do like to take what ever I can learn from and I guess MAB has a point regarding negativity, I will work on that'''' hope your investment pays off, eventually! GL :)
Yes, your right MAB, sorry about the negativity. I've been working with this share for 12 years! I have actually done well over the last 4 of those years. Lots of tough lessons along the way though. If anyone can benefit from my perspective without having to go through the same pain, then I will be happy to help; otherwise, every day is a school day so enjoy the ride!! :)
As long as no one is complaining there will be no reason to appease us holders with incentives, so the powers that be will just keep themselves ticking along nicely on a nice comfortable salary. They obviously need us to keep buying and holding and they wont make anything happen until there are strong signs of "unrest in the camp"! :)
Hi everyone, just popping in to see if the games have begun yet? Nice low price near the bottom, for the moment. Happy Christmas everyone :)
Unless there is significant news, for which I have stopped holding my breath, it will probably fluctuate between 0.05 and 0.1 with the odd unexplained rise of between 20+40% thrown in for good measure. If, however, an announcement is made regarding the Tano block in Ghana, then I would expect this to go parabolic! Otherwise, news from the Bolivia or Australian ventures could also have a positive impact on the SP. Tip: If any movement is going to be Ghana related, it will also move PET resources! GLA :)
Buy some at the bottom and sell it when it goes up, rinse and repeat! Near the bottom now, for example.
At last, I am beginning to sense that our LTH here are beginning to realise that nobody ever went broke taking profit!! GLA :)
Hey, Pauly,
Did you not see my message from yesterday? Just saying hi. You must know by now that when i APPEAR SOMETHING IS GOING TO HAPPEN LOL :)
Hey Pauly howz you? I'm back in again my "play money" (I've never been out completely) as we are near bottom again. Looks like another pump is due! Have you tried Crypto? The bull run is just about to begin. My advice to anyone thinking about it: don't put in what you will need in the next year, take prophet on the way up and put back in on the way down...GLA
Thanks Pauly, for getting us back on topic. That's all I come here for too and why I haven't been responding to post recently. Talking about Ghana and the Tano block. I get what you are saying but it would be just like it that once everyone stops watching that is usually when it raises its head again....maybe wishful thinking though :)
Sorry for the delay, ive been away fishing :) I found it via Youtube and it shows how a revolution in lithium extraction is on the horizon and Clon have been quick to recognise this opportunity...they (CLON) are good at getting in early and itd just a matter of time that they will hit the right thing at the right time IMO DYOR :)
ITDE advantages
Ion-Targeting Direct Extraction technology offers several advantages over traditional extraction methods:
Higher efficiency: iTDE can extract almost 100% of the targeted ions from liquids, even with very low ion concentrations, making it a more efficient solution compared to traditional methods.
Continuous process: The iTDE system is a continuous process and does not have the problematic issues of a ‘batch’ process, as found in liquid solvent extraction or selective ion resin extraction.
Low energy use: Since the iTDE system does not need a high pressure or high temperature, the energy consumption is low compared to other methods of extraction.
Cost-effectiveness: The technology necessitates less infrastructure and has lower operating costs than traditional extraction methods, resulting in cost savings.
Environmental benefits: iTDE eliminates the need for evaporation ponds and their harmful side effects of water loss and chemical waste pollution. Additionally, iTDE reduces the environmental footprint of the extraction process.
Water present in brine: After extraction of the targeted ions, the remaining brine can either be reinjected into the salar or further purified to produce agricultural water or even potable water.
Low water use: Since our process extracts ions directly from brine feedstock, there is very little need for freshwater since there is water in the brine. We only require the feedstock to be an aqueous solution in the case of brines or leach solutions.
Flexibility: Our technology can be applied to extract various ions from different types of liquids, making it a versatile solution for the extraction industry.
Valuable by-products: Our technology allows the extraction of other targeted ions, such as magnesium if it exists in high concentrations, which may be very valuable to offset the primary targeted ion extraction costs. Other ions that may be valuable from certain brine locations include potassium, etc.
High-purity ion extraction: iTDE produces very high-purity extractions of the targeted ions, which allows us to produce any number of secondary products, such as lithium carbonate, lithium hydroxide, lithium phosphate, or lithium metal. The same is true for producing pure magnesium metal, especially in the case where magnesium exists in high concentrations, such as Bolivia. :)
