Issue of Share Options
The board of Clontarf Energy plc announces that Directors John Teeling, David Horgan, Jim Finn and Peter O'Toole have each been granted options over 10,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence in the Company ("the Options"). The Options vest in equal tranches over a three year period commencing from the date of grant, have an exercise price is 0.7 pence and an expiry date of 1 October 2026.
Accordingly, as at today's date, a total of 40,000,000 options are outstanding, accounting for approximately 5.6 per cent. of the Company's currently issued share capital.
This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of Regulation 596/2014.

Thanks Pauly, I took some out (top slice) when it was on a high and I have a set point at which I buy back in which I am strict about! I think greed is a human instinct which, sooner or later, leads people into trouble. I have a sizable chunk of money in here which I won't ever be tempted to sell and so I am not in danger of missing out when the news drops. If the news is positive (IM) that is highly likely) then there will be very significant upside; I know how much I will be happy with and I won't let Mr greed tell me I want more....gl :)

IMHO there are 3 options to us here which all seem equally sensible: a) wait it out b) buy in when its low & c) sell when its up....remember, if you are worried about having lost too much at the moment, no one has lost anything till they sell. GLA :)

Been out of this share for a good while and thought the time is right to get back in. Prior to my absence the company was looking long term to develop a processing plant and the Chinese were assessing the potential of the company as a supplier of Lithium.....looks like the key license applications are close to fruition.... GLA :)

Hi Pauly, I too crave truth and I take cognizance of the fact that peoples' lives can be changed by the decisions they make on here; for better or worse, so I too crave truth and like to provide it to the best of my knowledge. IMHO the SP is going to fluctuate until we have news either way. The bottom of this share until recently was around 0.4 and its high was about 0.6. More recently we have been anticipating news dropping on some key decisions (some previously decided) to be made and implemented (DYOR on it). As that anticipation ebbs and flows the SP is rising and falling. The new bottom IMO is roughly between 0.8 and the new high around 1.50. Ramping and de-ramping will make the share fluctuate between these two till there is news or news of news etc.... GL :)

On, or in anticipation of, good news the SP rises. On, or in anticipation of bad news, the SP rises....do your research by reading company news and what others are saying but also do some research on those who are saying it before taking their advice. And finally, good luck|! :)

Yea, if only lol,,, the chat are having a laugh about it too..... be nice to see that here in reality if the news dropped and a farm in was announced. Not beyond the realms of possibility in the near future IMO :)

P.S. this does not apply in the case of those hanging in for the long game so no disrespect there, I think this is a share that's worth a punt in the long game too DYOR though :)

TBH I have been top slicing and did so again recently. My average is around 0.8 and still kept a few 100k in in case this kept rising, as I always do. I won't be putting any more in till it drops below my average. My heart goes out to those who lost out on the most recent rise but without news this share is always going to rise and fall. My advice would be (I have posted advice here before if anyone wants to check my form) not to buy in on a sharp rise but wait till it bottoms out then top slice on the way up. Watch out for Mr. greed and be happy with smaller gains; everything counts in large amounts! GLA

I try not to speculate too much as people have a lot to loose in this game. I'd hate to be part of the cause of that so try to keep things as real as I think they are... I have heard others say that if a scare happens and people sell it allows the MM's to get enough shares to fill big orders but I don't claim to understand it completely myself ...every day is a school day :)

It's worth keeping an eye on Petrel resources (PET) as well as a partnership link there seems to be a psychological link in shareholders minds too. e.g. the PET rise was followed by a Clon rise and then the same happened on the drop ;)

....it can take a while to fill big orders bird, depends how quickly the MM's can acquire the shares as I understand it :)

Been here a while watching too and I second Robbo's thoughts on Bridges; i.e. not a ramper :)
