The decline of the high street is mostly due to an overboiled property market, excessively high rents, very unfavourable letting terms, and high business rates. More recently a decline in footfall has led to the closure of many chain store branches, and vape shops which have moved online. The high street can only return to vigour when costs and accessibility make it a viable choice for business. Many retailers now only trade online following the decline of local markets, and more recently closure due to emergency legislation. Our high streets are dominated by gambling, charity shops, and coffee shops and as fast as new businesses open, they are closing down unable to pay the rent and bills.

So this makes price of W2T at approx £50M and enlarged group MCAP of £125 Million.

To me this seems overvalued, but then I bought at 0.7p ..

This is really a "Gem" with a concrete future, only a short wait now and we can see first production.

With the high demand pozzolan as a secondary product, this firms future is "set in concrete".

Horticultural Perlite is a really "Down to Earth" product, but best shipped raw as expanded perlite has little mass for its volume.

- just a few Perlites of wisdom to keep some smiles on the board.

I have every faith in our Geologists team, and he wont sell it till its making profits - which wont be long.

As we wait the price slowly falls again as there are no buyers, and the opportunity for a timely placement at 0.15p might be lost in the dusts of time whilst waiting for the final decision and rubber stamping.

Maybe next week, or maybe not ...

Perhaps if you sell some of your profits the price will crash again and you can get more cheep

It's easy to be over optimistic, look at the business plan, be realistic about pricing, overestimate costs, work back from the published plan to a realistic work plan, then do the sums.

Yes we have $1,4 Bn in resources, and limited infrastructure, but SR mining is a minnow in a tank of sharks, and with only $6M mcap we could be swallowed whole in a moment. The big players will not want to pay the 1.3Bn from a two drill mining outfit, their corporate greed would rather bankrupt the small firms and buy them for nothing from the receivers.

The big questions is, when will the buyout happen, and at what price ?

How much will they pay for the 1.4Bn resource ? $1/ton or maybe $5/ton, (0.5p MCAP - to 2.5p at $5/ton) certainly not the $75/ton on site prices.

Nobody makes 30% except on gross margins, even the biggest firms only make 7% or less profit on turnover.

Phase I – Years 1 through 3 (Main Zone):
• 906,000-ton open pit
• 40,000-ton WRSA
• Two growth media stockpiles
• One Administration area including a mobile crushing facility, a contractor area, and a
Stockpile
• Haul roads

The plan here is to develop the site for phase 2, using revenues to pay the costs of infrastructure, well, pipelines, powerlines, roads etc. Total cost of 2-3 Million $US, split production to year 3 50% (450 K tons), year 2 30% (300 K tons), year 1 150K tons, and with assumed $5/ton net income from $75/ton sales gives $750K, so profits will not be quick, year 2 net income $1.5M with infrastructure improving with further investment, year 3 in profit about $2.5 M. Expected MCAP of around $25M

Personally I would sell to a major concrete manufacturer as previously suggested.

So using the resource estimate of around 16 Million Tonnes, and a NPV of $90/Tonne, there is no way this is going into production. If any major concrete manufacturer wants it with a MCAP of only £6 Million they will just make an offer for SR Mining Ltd, and work the site themselves, so at $1 per ton (US) that would give us around 16 Million US$, or about 0.5p per share. Anything above that would be icing on the cake, and we still have all the other projects.

Remember we are an exploration and development business, so it's time to sell the package with permits etc for a good price, and move on to the next with a pocket full of cash.

PC needs paid for 10 years work now, as does the rest of the team.

Sit tight, and watch how it rolls out over the next six months, and start looking for your next good investment.
