The mine plan is quite clear, and the low cost progress is straightforward, just one digger and one tipper are needed, to clear access roads and overburden - which is minimal, and ensure slope is kept safe, 100K Tons first year is very little, and at £100/Ton makes £10M revenues, more than enough to cover plant leasing, office overheads, and buyout of TYM so that the valued staff who have worked on this project can be retained.
Its all been in previous presentations.
There is of course the possibility of SR Mining being sold as a going concern, but I think that TYM will be merged into it first, (SR Mining) and assets transferred to SRES. At least that is how I would run it ...
