I arrived back from Spain on Saturday after 5 weeks. I was initially shocked to see so many people in Manchester’s arrival hall, close together, hardly anyone wearing a mask. Then again on the train. Not even the ticket inspector was wearing a mask. No one in a position of authority in the U.K. cares.

If you were an alternative LFT supplier, would you really expend time and money putting your product up against Avacta’s LFT when you are not really sure yours will detect the Delta variant?

Will your wife stay in Switzerland if the cheapest have been sold or have a reputation of unreliable availability? But please don’t mention this because it may cause panic buying.

LFT +ve is easy peasy lemon squeezy, or so I understand. Probably just school kids wanting another holiday.
It would be another USP if they couldn’t do this with Avacta tests.

I haven’t watched it yet, but will be interested to know if the courageous patients will be rewarded for what their participation could bring to the rest of us in terms of health and reduced sorrow. As a shareholder I would welcome Avacta doing something.

Earlier I messaged ISS in Benalmadena via their Facebook page asking if they do AffiDX tests. I’m going there in September so it will be useful to know. No reply just yet.

Question. Is the Government aware that a U.K. LFT inventor and manufacturer has been forced to have their product validated in Spain because Porton Down’s LFT validation methodology is not fit for purpose?

Maybe it’s a deliberately unhelpful yet truthful reply. Have any of us had discussions with the stakeholders about the CV results? Has the lack of discussion limited our awareness of the results?

This U.K. government is capable of changing its mind and when Employers are faced with potential litigation because they do not maintain the risk to employees as low as reasonably practicable there will be trouble at t mill. Would Employers allow smoking in the workplace? Who would sell them insurance if they did. So wouldn’t it be madness for Employers and Insurers to allow potentially Covid infectious people into the workplace without a test? Infections are on the rise and so will unsafe workplaces. Testing is the best way to deal with this.
