Thought you were going to bin me MrH. So now not sure I can trust what you say about 50 years of established practice. I think we all know AVA6k is not a run of the mill drug. It makes another life saving drug safer. What other drugs do this?

There is no reasonable explanation why this is not being used to save lives. It’s safer than Dox and is effective. I’m in favour of greater understanding being established at the same time as saving lives.

But it is safe and effective or they wouldn’t keep increasing the dose. That’s what lots of posters on heee say. There are people dying unnecessarily while others just want the naval gazing to go on and on. I find this difficult to understand.

MrR, as we know it works, why not help people with it? That’s all the understanding I need. Are you afraid it doesn’t work?

I agree Timster. My wife died as a result of chemo for her Ovarian cancer. That was back in 2015 before I knew about AVA6K. What unnerves me now is the forever testing attitude. Why isn’t someone getting angry in Parliament or the Press about people unnecessarily dying when we know there’s something much better immediately? It seems some people just like to research and research.

It'll be out shortly, with home use authorization, once they find a useful antibody that can be quickly adapted to any mutation. Or something like that. But whatever you do, don't mention LFT here.

Recommended dose is more likely than MTD. MTD doesn’t make sense anyway for what is essentially an antidote to a chemo toxin. I also expect the dose frequency and dose period limits to be removed as it is illogical to put limits on something that benefits patients. Maybe small doses every day, just like my daily aspirin.
