I think its unfair to blame the PIs re the SP drop-this is governed by the MMs and their reaction to the Placing price.

Here's your answer: The Company has received irrevocable undertakings from certain Directors and certain Shareholders holding, in aggregate, 46,990,711 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 76.1 per cent. of the Ordinary Shares at the time of this announcement, to vote in favour, or procure that their Ordinary Shares are voted in favour, of the Cancellation. The major shareholders will control the co without the limitations of being public. They will be happy to buy up any shares now whilst there is still a quoted market.

If he is selling 45m shares then this is nearer 30% of the company as there are only 163m shares in circ

RNS only said expected to start today. I had a share that went months after the expected date when it move from PLUS to AIM. In this case trading should commence shortly. As to SP its a guess-massive dilution to allow CVA but 5p may be realistic
