Nothing is clear in AIM, but if the overhang has gone it might encourage the SP to rise. An MC of £1m is paltry so either its a co with a future or a lot of people are wasting their time, including the current BoD. At least they are doing something which is more than the BoD of Widecells (aka Wideboys) did. Here's to Monday.

Hope I have read things correctly-the date of the last TR, which was for a sizeable chunk of the company, was 25th June. The last recorded exercise of options of 1.7B shares allowed the shares to be traded from 23rd June. It looks to me as if EHGOS have shifted all their allocated shares. The may hold further warrants which they may convert in due course but for the time being it looks as if they have nothing further to sell as the have declared a nil% holding.

Not a chance of government intervention here. This is an asset based company, albeit an active one that employs some staff. Any other business can hold the assets and the trading companies, the tenants, can most likely continue even in administration. Its deal or no deal for this one. I have spent a long career in property-government never helps us out!

The Administrator will take time to assess the business and ensure value for the bond holders. It will be a managed exit and unlikely to see Centres closed immediately. Yes there will be sales of assets in due course, maybe en bloc but most likely sales of individual centres or selected portfolios. Their job is partly to stabalise the business and to protect as much value for the bond holders and those with secured debt. Tenants who are withholding rents will come under pressure to pay up so some of them might go under, staffing levels will be looked at and probably trimmed. Unsecured debtors and equity holders will be last in the queue-unlikely to get anything and even if there is anything left in the pot after the secured debtors have been settle it will probably be years before the process completes. A pure gamble now and we won't know the answer until after close of markets today. On Monday we will either be cheering or jeering!

Fraid not. Basically they a convertible loan with time limits, maybe 5 years. The warrants being converted now could have been issued several years ago when the SP was substantially different, the conversion rate is set at the time.

Difficult to say how many warrants still exist as the co have issued many over several years with varying exercise limit dates. By the looks of it the ones being exercised now are older as the later ones have a much higher conversion rate. It is possible that these older warrants are getting close to their cut off for conversion. Some lenders might hold onto their warrants for the interest received. This would be a good excuse for the MMs to drop the price to pick up some stop loses or make a few investors nervous. To further complicate matters some fund raising has be carried out in the US.

Decent interview but a bit dry-heard the CEO speak before and same deadpan delivery. Doubt if many people saw this or the earlier one. Once we drop down to 1m distancing virus control will be all the more important. The company says it has a product that can keep surfaces virus free for up to 30 days-who wouldn't want that these days.

About time-couldn't understand why this share was so disregarded. Great potential, but the company needs to keep shareholders better informed about Filtashield and its core business now that restrictions are being lifted.

Never really trust the US premarket prices but if it does go to $7 that is equiv to 112p here. I think that is a fair price anyway, we seem to be held back over the past few days.

With this news I thought this share would kick on a bit more-still below the high of a couple of weeks ago. Seems to be on everyone's radar

Are you sure-if so very limited. I have tried a booking twice and no flights going forward shown except one tomorrow, which is fully booked.

Seems to me that arguing about the politics of a country and its performance in dealing with the pandemic is, somewhat, pointless. From the US and Brazil to Russia and Sweden (and the UK) some terrible decisions have been made albeit that the political make up of these countries couldn't be different. Sweden has now passed 5,000 deaths and is bemoaning being shut out by its Nordic neighbours-claiming long-term hurt. Sweden is in crisis but, for the present, is internalising it. If KB started legal action now it would be an excuse for the government to bring down the decision drawbridge and I suspect the Swedish courts would move at glacial pace, as most things seem to in Sweden. If those promoting legal action can tell me accurately how long it would be before we got a decision I would take that opinion into consideration. If it was just a year then the risk might be worth taking, longer and the risk is debatable.

Russia has changed but JTG is correct as Latvia, Estonia etc are south of Finland and don't have a land border. That said it is correct that the border with Sweden is closed whilst open to other Baltic neighbours and other parts of Europe.
