Tanya. Thanks for your insights. CEO has already said that Dish hope to avoid a placing, and therefore dilution, when they need to raise more funds. Sounds like some form of debt but would a tie in with a larger partner be out of the question?

I don't think it is that complicated. There are currently 5 Ordinary share to 1 ADS, which they want to reduce to 2:1. If you add 1.5 ADS shares to each ADS share you have 2.5 shares, divide 5 by 2.5 and you get 2.

I am now tending to the view that as the pre-recorded webinar is going out at 4pm US time, so well beyond our close, the company decided to release information contained in the webinar to avoid speculation of what was going to be said. It looks like a bit of a last minute decision to do so. The RNS states that no new info will be delivered as the webinar was pre-recorded, only the Q&A will be live but no price sensitive info will be divulge. I think it was an accidental PR mistake which has hurt some and benefitted others. Hey ho.

Did peops read a different RNS than I did. It confirmed what is happening with the ADS's-helpful. It gave news about the demerger of Stemprinter (and its new name)-helpful. It gave some clarification re timing of delisting from AIM-helpful. It gave me an opportunity to top up-helpful. Don't panic Mr Mainwaring and don't set stop losses.

Yes Tanya. A few of us have been supportive of the companies strategy and todays RNS is very positive but some just can't seem to see anything but bad news. This should push well into the 3s today.

I was going to say being in both seems to be the answer, I am but probably more by luck than judgement. I have been more nervous about SNG than TILS and have top sliced occasionally in case what we have seen was an unsustainable spike, but so far not proven to be. I think TILS is a very safe bet and have topped up rather than sliced when the opportunity arises. If I had to decide out of the 2 i think I would go with TILS-it has more depth and range and the CEO impresses me.

Jimzi. The last Tr-1 from Acacia was about a month ago, when they shifted approx 10% and left them with about 10%. Do you think they have offloaded the remaining (or part thereof) as I can't see a recent TR.

Isthis. Are you saying that CTEA don't own the blockchain technology that they use, which you say is owned by ChainZy, or that ChainZy own the blockchain concept. If the latter that is not correct, there are a number of blockchain versions in various hands, some even non-profit making.
