Eric. Forcing the company to go bust would be very underhand, in deed. I assume KB would have to act if this was the case. I have previously said that if the Government don't grant the exploitation licence because of the impact on Sami activities or to protect Laponia then they have effectively created a dead resource. It would be difficult to overturn that even for the state miner. There doesn't appear to be any other reasons for not granting the licence as our application fully meets the legal criteria-so it would have to be overriding factors. LKAB could easily buy BEM for vastly less than the resource is worth, if that's what they wanted

The theory is that even a dead cat will bounce when dropped from a great height but it is still dead. Ie don't trust a small recovery when a share has fallen sharply because the the company has failed. SNG does not fit the criteria for a dead cat bounce.

Swinger-absolutely agree. Provided EHOG can keep the bid at 0,01 or above they make good money by exercising their warrants. Last exercise cost them £130k and they will look to sell at £200k-easy money. If you can follow the pump and dump all well and good but this is a share to be very cautious about. Remember each exercise of warrants dilutes shareholdings.

Yes but equally there have been some sizeable buys, often reported after hours. I thought UTs were largely a bookkeeping exercise when bid and offer were at par. As yet the sells haven't required a TR. I agree we can ignore the 300 blip but the MA would indicate some adverse downward pressure. Think I might look away for a while for my mental wellbeing.
