Sweden remains complacent in so many areas, including its response to covid. It is belatedly closing schools, bars etc and its death toll is comparable to the UKs (based on population nos.). Sweden will need, as many countries will, to massage it's economy after the pandemic. It is still struggling with covid numbers as referenced below. It must have the vaccine as there has been no 'herd immunity' achieved. I tend to the view that the concession will be granted but I am viewing the SP with some trepidation. GLA.

Can't see why not as the announcement has been made, just so long as you hold shares by the cut off date. Someone with a better understanding of the rules might be able to advise of the BoD can pull the placing if the share price changed significantly. I suspect they have the right to do so subject to an announcement to the market. Seems unlikely though.

Bobby, you are correct-timings between AIM and Nas are a mess. In fact the whole thing has become a debacle since the reduction in ADS and now we have no idea what Stem is worth. You can sell TILS now and still hold the Stem shares . All a bit of a lottery now.

Dg. As I understand things you wont be able to trade openly the Accustem shares until 'late' 2020 when the IPO takes place. Initially the value of Acc will be £3m (the transfer figure) equating to about 16p/shre. The market value of the shares will be established at or around the IPO. They also intend to list on Nasdaq but that is unlikely until next year. Only 8 days to go before we have our Accustem shares.

I think this is why MDJ is saying the last date to purchase TILS shares on a T+2 settlement is Tuesday 27th to ensure you are on the register Friday 30th as 31st and 1st Nov are weekend days .

As a scientist you clearly understand the the significance of why the phrase non-significant is used but in the current market anything that looks or sounds negative is amplified and priced accordingly. The market sells and shifts its gaze elsewhere. I fear the SP will languish for a while now. Lets reverse the old adage 'sell on rumour, buy on news'

The company raised £7m just 3 months ago so hopefully funded for a while. The RNS has to be couched in cold scientific language and includes phrases that sound negative, ie non-significant but for a trial outcome this is very good. Its just not the 'DDDD's magic pill cures IBS, covid and world famine' News of the World type headline the market wants. What is clear is that time is now needed to get through the phase 3 trials. Stick or fold, its each investors own decision.
