Though it is not very clear from the RNS I am assuming all shares will be consolidated at a 10:1 ratio. There are only 79m shares in circulation, which is a piddling number, and after consolidation this will reduce to 7.9m plus the placing of 3.5m, giving a total number of shares in circ of just over 11m-taking out those held by directors and larger investors the free float share are very small. If I have read the RNS correctly this could mean that the SP could fluctuate widely on a small number of share being traded in the future. I assume this is what the directors are after. Anyone care to comment or correct my assumptions.
