Vlad should do the science and a FD the money. No one knows when Mint have finished how many share will be in circulation.

Ssccss. I think many have made the same assumptions. Looking at the details of the Mint facility there are some pointers which might be helpful. The total potential facility is £60m (subject to conditions) of which £12m was released. I believe that it is not a matter of Hemo drawing down this amount but if Mint decide to convert this sum they can do so subject to one very important proviso. No holder of shares can hold more than 29.9% of the company. Based on the current Mcap Mint would be limited to circa £5m. The loan notes carry no interest so conversion by Mint is inevitable and they are not transferable, so Mint are with us for the long term. I hope that this all means that over the long term Mint will want to see the SP rise so they can convert more or make more money on the ones they have converted and perhaps not sold. I stress this is my interpretation of the details in the RNS and investors should do their own research.

Failure might be an over statement but things are not going as well as had been hoped for. A lot of investors will be down, myself included. This is a young company with potential. I don't think it is a doomed company but clearly has made some mistakes and I hope the BoD, especially Vlad, take it's running seriously. Sell and crystalise a loss or wait and see what happens. It's each individuals own call but for me its a waiting game now.

I'm somewhat confused about MInt converting as they have to do so at not a great margin to the SP. Past conversions have been at a figure much higher than the SP today. It forces them to shift the converted shares quickly unless they see considerable upside in the longer term.

Yep, big correction today, with some FTSE100 companies fairing even worse. Not much coming from RR. recently, lets hope for some positive announcements in the near future

I agree, it was better this letter was signed by Littorin than Kurt. A Swede writing on behalf of Swedish investors that now own over 50% of the company, though of course that remained unsaid as the thrust of the letter is about the benefit to the local economy and the mine's green credentials.

There are nearly 3500 companies listed on nasdaq, ranging from Mega to Nano. The smallest cap co I can find is Helio Medical with a mcap of $750k. A lot of companies have share values of less than $4 . However the Nas listing requirements are as follows:-Nasdaq requires firms to already have 1.25 million publicly-traded shares with a collective market value of $45 million. Both the NYSE and the Nasdaq require a minimum security listing price of $4 per share.
It would appear there is a lot of missing info from Hemo as to how they are going to achieve the desired listing, in particular the anticipated value and quantity of shares. They are duty bound to issue 1 new share for each held in TILS on the due date but what happens thereafter remains a mystery. As always TILS communication is woefully short of useful detail.

Surely the BoD wouldn't announce a Nas listing without being sure they could meet the qualifications. Whilst they have made a lot of mistakes recently that would be tantamount to total ineptness. Having made the decision to avoid LSE they have to get the Nas listing right. If they do and the $4 qualification is accurate then the value of Accustem will far outweigh the SP drop in TILS.

That would imply a value for Accustem of circa $800m-happy if it is but seems rather bullish.

I fully agree-especially the highly personal comments about people who have died no matter what they did during their lives. Not appropriate for someone in the business of saving lives. He should get on with the business of running Hemo for the benefit of it shareholders. When he took the company public he signed up to protect and enhance shareholders value.

For the reason that's stated in the RNS: On 1 April 2021, the Company announced that negotiations regarding the licensing and development of CDX had commenced, and that the results of those negotiations will be announced upon their completion.
The Company has now received notice from GlobalCo that it will not exercise its option to license the Company's intellectual
Now Hemo has said it will exercise it's option to Lily's IP but that is also subject to negotiations.. Hence my view that these Options were not unambiguous.

ASPEN. As I said earlier-it turns out it never was really an option, just and agreement to agree, which anyone in business knows is pointless. There is no point having an option if you can't agree on the terms. As yet Vlad has no right to Lily's IP unless he can agree terms for it. He is annoying a lot of people.

Even this RNS is an odd one. It talks about negotiations around the options. It is normal when an option is exercised that that the deal relating to the option is already negotiated. Has Vlad been clever, maybe. Did Lily baulk at the prospect of too close an association with Vlad, possibly. Is CDX a failure, as yet unknown. Vlad is now the CEO of a pharmaceutical minnow with a Mcap of £20m. He now needs to show if he is a serious businessman or just a vox box.

Clear as day-no London listing, despite original statement to list in London first and US later. Not sure how that leaves us homegrown investors to trade our shares on the Nas. Extract from today's rns: The board of directors of Accustem has resolved that the Nasdaq listing venue is more appropriate to the nature of Accustem's business.
