Nice find Pad but hopefully it’s €1.5B for Cascabel only and not the whole of SolGold! I wouldn’t be a happy share holder if they sold up everything for around 60p!!

...for news and hopefully to get away from the bickering let’s play a game “The 400,000 trade” what time do peeps think it will pop up today? I’m going with 14:32 this afternoon!

It’s all a bit smoke and mirrors. Last week we had trades in the millions, regular 400,000 trades but the price doesn’t shift one way or another. I’ve got no way of proving it but almost certain it’s someone building a pretty healthy stake but trying to keep the price in check and not let it rocket! Maybe I’m an optimist but if it was a large seller surely the price would tank!?

... is going on here presently. We’ve not had a drilling update for almost 3 months so potentially 36,000m of core and not a peep! Since all the Cornerstone Shenanigans began we’ve had no material update on Cascabel. Is information being withheld intentionally until the “offer” is submitted? I believe strongly in the future of SolGold but really don’t like what’s going on behind the scenes at the moment. Will we get something totally out of left field like MRE3 before the PEA I wonder? Sooner the Cornerstone issue is resolved the better!

That’s exactly my thoughts Mog, no matter how amazing the PEA (might be!) I don’t think we’re going to get the re-rate we’re all hoping for! Corporate activity is all that shifts us upwards. Hope I’m wrong though as we are way way undervalued. Time will tell, not long to wait.

Just wondering what’s everyone’s thoughts on the upcoming PEA? Do you think we will re-rate if it’s positive or is it priced in already? Just can’t get my head around all the analysts views quoting anything from 60p - £1.20 but we’re still stuck down at 36p. Will the PEA unlock the value to hit the analysts estimates?

Apologies for being lazy here but what is Cornerstones current market cap? If a third party offers cash buy out there’s no way SolGold can match it with cash I wouldn’t have thought?

Oh well, considering Fridays positive close I thought we were going to push on this morning but looks like we’re still be controlled and held back. Our time will come!

Hmm, bit strange that suddenly Cornerstone are questioning the 100% ownership of some of the concessions! There’s been numerous regional updates stating very clearly 100% owned SolGold tenements so why now after today’s surprise offer to buy out Cornerstone with a share swap THEN they claim they are entitled to BN!?

Sorry another stupid question! Is this offer to buy out Cornerstone in entirety or just SolGold/Ensa holding held by Cornerstone?

Have SolGold not got first option on any counter bid? So if another major came in trying to trump the offer they can match it?

Gloves are off!! This has been festering in the background for way too long and reading between the lines NM is sick and tired of Cornerstones lack of will to join forces. Large Cornerstone shareholders obviously don’t like NM if they wanted him to be replaced as CEO!

Hopefully only going one way!
