Funny how you can be happy with a 6% drop!! Scary stuff this morning. Interesting Cornerstone are proposing a 20/1 share consolidation. Wonder how that will affect the SolGold takeover offer (if it ever actually materialises!!

10m shares traded, not even 1% of shares in issue! If the big share holders start off loading then it’s time to panic!

Lundin Mining down almost 4%! Not sure if this has anything to do with general market sentiment or the threat of licences/permits being withdrawn in Ecuador!?

Will be interesting to see if we get large after hour trades higher than the closing price today! Warren Irwin tweeted a couple of months ago NM will be gone by 2020 possibly 2019! Wonder if there’s some dirty tactics being played out here to crash the share price!? I know I’ll get slated for this conspiracy theory but something just doesn’t feel right and it’s not been just due to the PEA!

What do you expect xraytom!? I’d imagine by the time we get to bankable feasibility we’ve probably had MRE5 for Alpala. You seem to be an expert what do you think they should do? Just make do with MRE2 and not update the resource estimate despite all the drilling they have done and will continue to do up to full feasibility?

Wonder when we’ll get the MRE3? All drilling until end of August including an additional 100,000m not included in MRE2, end September/October to calculate MRE update and then incorporate the results into the pre feasibility study for year end? Depending on the results of the MRE3 I can see the pre feasibility being a little more positive then the PEA (which wasn’t negative as far as I can tell!?)

Remember it very well when the rock chip samples came through in Solomon Islands rocketing the SP to 80p! Then reality kicked in and a few years later we were down at 1.2p! Been here a very very long time and delighted with how things have turned out and more than likely to end. If they’ve got the funds to go elephant hunting in a new continent I hope they go for it.

It’s fairly obvious what the current strategy is with all the regional updates. Will we get another on Monday for BN? Timely releases highlighting to Cornerstone shareholders you’re missing out on this this this and this (another 66 times potentially!) if you don’t accept our offer. Through in the PEA with development costs so they can calculate how much they need to contribute and with luck it might sway the shareholders into accepting the offer. What’s going to come first though the offer or PEA!?

Interesting thought AKGold but I think the PEA will be released before the offer. Kind of makes sense to show Cornerstone share holders costs involved and how much they will need to contribute to development costs! Then make the offer.
