I’ve been thinking the same this morning. 10 x more buys than sells and up just over 1%! Funny how the buys and sells the last two trading days were almost equal (or so they seemed to be) and the SP dropped 5% and 6%!

Bit worrying what’s going to happen when the Canadian market opens this afternoon!!

So only just over 0.1% of shares available traded and we drop 6%! It’s been happening for a while now but as soon as Canadian markets open in the afternoon Solg gets hammered! Wonder if it’s part of Warren Irwins master plan to oust NM!?

Could the £10m that’s been spent on additional land purchase in Cascabel be for the processing plant when they do come to actually build the mine rather than land to explore?

So with that out of the way what can we expect going forward? Was the muted response to the PEA due to the overhanging court case in the background or was the PEA not actually that impressive?

Tiger, all the evidence etc has been submitted and the judges have had almost 2 weeks to make up their minds!

Decision being brought forward has thrown a spanner in the shorters works! They thought they had another 2 full trading days to grind this down as low as possible! If the courts rule in favour of a referendum I hate to think how low the sp is going to go as every *ucker will short this to hell!

If the result goes in SolGolds favour the mms are going to make a killing!!

Hopefully we won’t get news tomorrow that Julian Assange has been welcomed back into the Ecuador embassy in London!!

If and it’s a big IF, the decision goes in our favour I think there will be a scramble for shares as people try to buy back in and shorts are closed. Could be quite a spectacular rise Tuesday morning! We were stuck in a range from 35p to 38p for weeks even after the PEA so see no reason why we shouldn’t get back there rapidly! If the decision goes against us then hmmmm!!??

Another thing, how can you say the sp will be 22p by Friday cop!? Scaremongering fool!

Zoros - the decision is expected on the 24th June which is Monday! Ecuador is 7 hours behind UK time so chances are the decision will be announced late Monday afternoon so what you on about!! Scaremongering fool!

So what’s everyone’s expectations on the outcome of the court case with regards to the SP!? Has the news already been priced in if the decision goes against us or will there be a mass sell off causing sp to tank even more? If the decision is favourable back up to 38p or higher? What range for both decision against or for? I think we could see 22p if against and over 40p if positive for SolGold!

The judges have until the 24th June to make a decision? Doesn’t necessarily mean it will be on the 24th could be any time up until the 24th? Trying to be optimistic but for all we know it could be decided rather quickly!
