19.4 pence dividend 5.5 % yield
And the party only getting ready to start
Better things to come
Good results tomorrow expected
We have already had buyback so around 18-20 pence a share is left to pay in dividends
But could see them doing a 10 million share buy back at the end of the year if we keep the share price low about 530 but I don't think share price can be anchored this low for much longer
But this won't be mentioned tomorrow but at the second half the year a sign of this will happen will be if they only target a 30percent of profits paid in dividends for 2022
Also think they buying a generator for 30 million this quarter
So I expect a good report but I be happy surprised if to get more than 20 p dividend
Rich getting someone else to do the work is clever providing you trust in their research
I personally don't think Russia going to have any major effect on Tio2
But I've added 22000 Kenmare shares in the last 4 weeks at a average of 430 a share things look that good too me
Ukraine exported about 600000 tons of tio2
Between September 2020 and September 2021 whilst Russia only exported 30 million usd worth
I would imagine that Russia imports from Ukraine but I'm taking a educated guess on if Russia imports from Ukraine
For me I had sold out at 311 last month and brought back in at 272 yesterday 14000 shares
Looking forward to the results next week except good profits due to less road usage on motor insurance happy that there's money to be made here this month and a dividend of 15p just around the corner
Ouch
google link search ..
kenmare share forecast 2022 roger bell
But have to log in to get full article
I read what was said in the CEO report from 2020
Kenmare has increased its dividend target to 25%for 2021 compared to 2020 20% minimum policy OBS I think you be disappointed if you expecting much above that statement didn't say Minimum for 2021 suppose that was good so we could have that remarkable buy back at a very low
SP can see for next year doubling the dividend
But if the share price stays low do more Buy backs instead
I've got to be Happy with the board my shares have doubled over the last 20 months
With the board targeting 25% of profits to payout into dividend and 5pence a share already paid last October I'm expecting the March announcement to be around 20pence giving a yield over 5% not bad considering the 60million pounds spent on buy backs it be interesting to see what the boards plan policy will be for 2022 where the analysts are expecting earnings over 110 per a share
Debt pay off
Share buyback ?
Greater Dividend?
Definitely a strong buy?
Director bonuses???
Obviously the share buy back was oversubscribed
Meaning more shareholders wanted to sell at 4.17
Many of the large shareholders brought shares in 2015 so the company could pay of there depts
I'm sure there would have been a agreement made at the time between the board and them to stop the company going into administration if these shares was sold on the open market the share price would be below £3 a share now
There is debt and also those who the board is indebted to
We don't now all the reasons why but we know only 35000 votes out of a possible 109million voted against the share buy back
True when we see a higher percentage paid towards dividend we attract new investors or will they go for more buyback if the share price remain low will suit me could take 5 years to treble the sp price if they can buyback more shares
But personally I like 2022 profits to pay of half the debt and a dividend increased to 35 percent of the profits and what left over go to buy backs

Dept only rose by about 5 million usd in the last 6 months while we had a 8 million usd dividend payment to shareholders and over 82 million usd
buy back paid to shareholders so could we be looking at 85 million usd profit for the 6 months plus 48 million for the first ,6 months of 2021 total 133 million that would be a earning of 1 UK pound per share
Ok at the moment we don't have all the figures but it's looking good on what have seen
2021 production report out next week Thursday 13 Jan celebrating another new output record for the mine
Be interesting any other news updates which will come with it
Don't expect any divi news until March/April apart from they aiming at 25% target of profits to do go to dividends ????? We will see after that 61 million buy back but this greyhound looks a firm favourite to have another winning year
It was a great tender offer uptake 75 million votes for and only 35000 against these are the share owners voting not the board
Those who took up to sell 13.5% have that money in the bank but still own the same proportion of the company as they did before the sold
Those who didn't sell there
proportion of the company has increased 15%
If we voted for a special dividend I would have been taxed 25% and if I wanted to reinvest my dividend I would have to another 1%stamp duty tax this is why the smart money voted for the buy back it's the same as a special dividend with out being taxed
Sorry to hear about those who still suffering losses I was also down over 50000pounds at or point but invested heavily before the mine move because I looking in the future not the past yes mistakes have been made but the company as made great advances
I would have expected the Sp to be nearer 6 pounds by now but Kenmare is only a small company so share value around 420million but I believe the time will come expecting a good 2021 production report out next month
This info came from the web site Tio2info
And another one https://tio2.info/2021/11/25/The-coming-2022-was-set-to-start-from-a-higher-ground/tronoxpriceincreasing.png
It be interesting to see how many shares the big holders sell in this offer those who brought in the company refinancing 6years ago at 232p a share will have been waiting to take some profit I've sold 30%of mine all above the 420p mark but still heavily invested it will give a good idea to anyone who wants to put a offer in to buy the company on what price they can get it.
For 417 does not reflect the potential value of this share but for some a healthy profit
Need to be over 520p before i considering selling anymore but we all in it for profit
The statement says all share holders have the right to sell 13.5% of the share they hold at a price of 417 we don't know how many will take up the offer as many think the price is to low
I think less than half will which will cost the company 30 million pounds to buy back 6.5 million shares at a real cheap price dividend will cost 18million and 20million left to pay of some debt
They could not afford to buy 13.5% of the shares that's why the offer so low because they don't want too I would be happy with a 4% buy back wouldn't surprise me if that's the boards target
All figures are estimate only
That could be 15 million share brought and dissolved should add to the sp in the future
But for it to work the big boys must sell there 13.5%
