Yes ig paid over 30 pence per a share to its Kenmare holders yesterday and no Irish with holding tax

They are not real shares on the leverage market

Chairman already said no one can predict which way prices will go but what they did say prices did not go has low last year as they expected and now demand is at the top end of the range from there customers.

Also with base closing a mine at the end of the year they expect higher demand for there products

Although they have not said they expect prices will go higher

But what they saying if demand outstretched production then higher prices normally follow

That's the way the market works

As I said before IG group on there leverage accounts for months now only allowing to sell Kenmare shares and Not allowed to buy

Made the opinion that recognised the value of company and wasn't willing to bet against it rising

Not sure it's a good thing could make the shares more volatile

There business is run on allowing people to basically to bet on if shares go up or down

So at the moment they brought as this higher the sp which they gain from those who chose to sell

This company manipulated the markets so

So be careful if you buy Kenmare on a platform who owns 3% of the company because they can force a price drop if they sell in bulk forcing some of there customers to sell at a loss

The company has already stated last year when they did the buyback that there would not be any more buy backs in the next 2 years until after the mine move to it's new area

So don't need to expect any but saying that it would be a ideal time to buy at this price

Personally if profit after tax is under 130 million USD I we consider a bad result

If profit is above 140 million USD I would a good result and would expect a final dividend of about

30 pence a share uk

I normally look at the forecast on simply wall Street website it gives the average future forecast from normally 3 analyst they been talking of a decrease for a while but they don't always get it right

About 2025 it's old news because of the mine move revenue is then increasing in 2026

the board has already put new dredgers on which will increase production also less shares on the market because of buyback

And they suppose to be looking in ways to get around the 25% with holding tax before I believe there was no corporation tax in Ireland but now it's 12% to fall in line with the EU so maybe they have to move there office to a different country

But noone knows the future prices but at the moment with the shortage are still good but not as good as a year ago

at the moment the board willing to pay up too 40% of the profits into dividend they could increase this to 50%or 60%if they happy paying off the debt longer

Personally con I couldn't see bad news in the report yesterday 14th

We already been told in the 3qtr report the target dividend payment would be 50million USD which is down from 52 million from 2022 but that was dividend by 95million shares where this year's 50million is dividend by 89.3million which about a 3rd was paid in October all this we already knew prices have come down from there peaks but have stabled over the last 3 months so of course prices

We be down in 2024 but in truth not as far as what was expected

The company as turned round completely from those days management admitted there faults of misjudging the market of there product at the time and nearly went bust

I personally brought more shares in the dilution and now yielding 18% dividend yield on my investment also selling 33% of my shares at plus 90% of the value I brought them for

Going forward the company is moving it's mine location in2025 after this it will be happy sailing

There is a shortage of titanium Inthe world so the future looks promising but don't get wrapped up in the hype but personally I think it's a prime takeover company well undervalued because people got burnt in the past
