My wife and myself got the dividend less Irish dividend tax yesterday weds 27 but it will still pay the bills tor the next 10weeks here in Thailand
Hoping for day not far away where the div here could pay our yearly cost living in Thailand
It we be interesting to see if many reinvest there dividend in shares maybe some will with the price drop but myself I use all my living costs
So always never can guess which way things move when the whole mining sector moves things can double but myself not worried about sp has company doing great and the
share prices can change 20%in just a few days but of course I think these shares on paper are worth a lot more than there current price

Will expect some profit taking next week
One step back then 2 steps forward

It was good to see shipping has moved 920 million tons in the last 9 months which I expect will put us on target for 110 million USD profit for 2021 which is 1 usd per a share or 72 pence which is 16% of the share price ok they might only payback 25% of that in a dividend but the rest of money would be still in the company which the shareholders own can see a lot more returns on my investment here
I'm happy with my investment here my average is 2.60 a share so sitting pretty

Production report out tomorrow 14 October
According to Kenmare financial calendar

Hopefully Q3 production report out at the end of next week (came out on the 15 Oct last year)
Hopefully give us some upward thrust
But most will wait for end of the year figures but things still looking good

before rising to 700 sometimes that's the way the market works results are good and H2 promise's to be better

Pretty much agree with you bmy target dividend 28cents in line with board target for all of 2021 is a minimum of 25% payment for dividend
but can see them doing a share buy back has well if we make if we make over 120usd yes things are looking good still see plenty of sp growth to come

The company as about 110million shares so each share earned 15 cents each which 10cents a share was paid to the shareholders and about 5 cents retained by the company so shareholders received about 66% of the net profit
Which was far above the minimum of 20% which the board had promised.
So hopefully we be pleased if the board be so generous this year

2020 dividend 110 million shares at 10 cents = 11 million paid out of a profit of 16; million which is over 60% not 20%
The company states NOT less than 20% so meaning more than 20%
So 2021 states not less than 25%of profit paid back to share holders but this could also mean 60% in dividend and share buy backs the board playing there cards to there chests I can see the sp double if they play there cards right
Well that's how I read it by what the company said and what as been there actions

Did see on simply wall Street forcast for 2021 at 119usd million profit against 16 USD million last year and 40 million the year before
So in that case I would be exspecting at least 20p year dividend paid in 2 instalments October 2021 and April 2022 and also exspect a 3 million share buy back which still leaves 60 USD million left to put against the dept ect
Only a forecast on simply wall Street forcast first half real figures out in 16days time hoping to see a dividend above 5p a share in August report

Kenmare resources sp price up 120,% in 1 year ????
Frist 2021 financial Report out in 3 weeks be interesting to see what dividend they will pay exspecting about 5 p market will wait for results before considering a move upward so will I unless sp moves below 4.00pounds then we will see

18 August financial report will make interesting reading especially if we lowered the production cost by 50usd a ton plus a time to see how much the sale price as increased by per ton ok shipping prices have increased worldwide but agree things looking good but look to get even better

Capital expenditure invoices I believe relates
to the cost of moving the mine last year.
last year report stated that they had not received all the invoices for the move of the mine so it was going to go into 2021 figures but was all in the budget of moving the mine so this was exspected

Good to see a very good set of production results

Steven McTiernan joined Kenmare in 2013 and we went through a very difficult time but Kenmare pushed away a takeover offer and raised 80percent of the capital needed to clear the dept at this time i was sitting on big losses along with others 6 years on things are the mine in profit and looking for a bumper year but I don't see Kenmare as a 10 bagger it's been one before but many invest in 10baggers can be at risk of losing 90percent if investing at the wrong time
Hurricane is in a similar place Kenmare was 6 years ago but Kenmare was sitting on 130yearlife titanium dioxide mine not sure what hurricane sitting on
I see Steve lossing about 60percent on his stock in hurricane but at least he is invested not like the directors of ukog were another 10 bag company been heavily diluted shares to raise costing there longtime share holders 1000s
