This vote is in the hands of the board so mc group can't presume they would have get extra time but there's plenty of personal relationships between the board and mc

Personally like to see see this stage done and dusted by 15 may

If I was making a offer to buy the company

I would like to see the licence talks with the moz government to be completed this is expected to be done in next 2 to 3 weeks aways better to lower any risk before taking over

Also would had like a stronger us dollar

And also would want to buy it at the cheapest price possible

So 4 week delay is a wise move for a potential buyer I think

Has a seller I think £10 a share a fair value but we not going to get that but be foolish to give it away.
