This will either be sorted soon and ACE will proceed with their offer or it won't be sorted in which case I will abandon hope, like so many other poor souls before me. I wonder who is behind the potential sabotage...

Today's RNS confirms that ARMS will push ahead with the ACE offer in preference to Nat's proposal. This will help gets things sorted out sooner rather than later and then we will get our 41p/share. If there is anyone else out there who wants ARMS then they will need to make themselves known now or else this is a done deal. I still can't see Nat taking this lying down...but he has said he won't improve on ACE's bid. Anyone writing a book about all of this?

This is one of my biggest losers but written off long ago and hopefully to be made up on AMC. Sorry for all holders.

I share your pain London! Still, only 15 days of 25% rises per day and we'll be back to break even. here's hoping... (It's strange how another of my shares is up today also by exactly 23.53% and yet it too still languishes very, very significantly below my b/e price! It just goes to show that every dead cat does bounce!)

It would have been good for Nat to have trumped ACE's offer but whichever way this goes he is nailing his colours to the mast that he thinks ARMS is worth more than 41p/share. There may be a dip in the morning but best to hold for now. Nat might yet be back with a bigger offer...

You didn't need to ask that question surely?? Nat has offered 25p/share since when ACE have trumped it with a 41p/share offer. You were being asked whether you want 25p. I hope your answer was no. We are now waiting for Nat (and possibly others) to trump ACE's bid. Sit tight.

So ACE has the Austrian stake tied up! Nat will have to offer big if he is to stand any chance of winning. And I don't think we have heard the last from Big Len yet either.

Yeehaah!!! Up it popped as I typed! Game on now. Come on Nat, come on Len, show us what you've got in response to ACE. SP will fly north of 41p in anticipation of looming bid war. Very exciting.

Guys, read the RNS of 31 March. Todays RNS refers to the previously announced recapitalisation and open offer underwritten by Nat. That was then. Since then we have the Indonesians suggesting they will offer at 41p/share, Nat saying he will too if he has to and now Big Len buying a 1% stake at 37p. IMO Nat's previous offer is dead in the water - we now need to await moves by the others. Hold tight, top up if you can and your patience will be rewarded very soon.

Read the RNS - it explains why their shares are suspended. I guess however that we are now unlikley to see much bid action until matters there are resolved, hence the small dip today when we would have had a big rise were it not for this distraction.

Bid central for ARMS. Nat vs Len vs Fug. This is shaping up better than we dared hope. Expect a big jump on Tuesday to reflect Len buying at 37p. That is now the floor to the SP and we should open over 40p ahead of any formal offer coming in. I am beginning to think that there is far more value here than we know about. 3 potential bidders with bottomless pockets and massive egos - not one of them will want to lose out to the others.

100% upside here from current SP!! Current market cap £6.8m, current value of mineral interests plus cash = £12.4m. Expecting re-rating as further good news emerges on any of the ventures.

31 March SP 11p, 29 April SP 37p. We are now nudging the high point in the last 6 months. Come the first formal offer this will pop like a good bottle of Champagne. Will Nat let this go for less than £1? Mouthwatering prospects here over the next 2 weeks.
