Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
This will fly once the details are announced next week. Get in now while still below 10p. This was being priced to fail but the PM has just saved the sector.
We closed the day up 10% at 24.5/25. Same again tomorrow when news of Finn's purchase hits the papers.
Up up up. Great show of faith by the two Directors - 450k purchase by Finn is no small punt! He knows the drop was a total over-reaction. This will be back to the 30-35p range soon.
...turn out the lights please. I hate to say this but it is time to sell if you can. This has been a poor performance by the BOD by any stretch of the imagination. The Swedes will be looking to salvage what they can but it looks like the bank may take the lot.
Scarlet, surely even you the most steadfast supporter of Hawk through thick and thin, who tells it as you see it, even you must now be worried that the company is going to fall into the hands of its lenders? It's screamingly obvious to me and when it happens all the poor long suffering shareholders will be finally wiped out. Rick has been a big bad failure and needs to own up and move on or be moved on.
This is starting to have takeover candidate written all over it - share price deliberately suppressed so those in the know can fill their boots and then to create the appearance of a premium t/o offer when in fact it will be at a major undervalue and a bargain! All the big housebuilders are cash rich and itching to spend their cash on something other than dividends. Let's see if I'm right but if this drops any further then it will be well worth an investment - a t/o will probably be at a 40% premium to today's SP.
Stunning results. PSN are leading the sector on the figures.
don't knock the rise! I need this to get to 21p to get my money back so a way to go yet!! Live SP 4.25 (with the ask at 4.75!) up 44%.
Nasty little RNS that one. Basically saying support the offer or we are dead in the water. Almost makes you wonder why we are worth 2.9p/share. I can see the SP dropping as Fiserv may well walk away and instead pick up the pieces when Moni goes bust. Terrible BoD has crucified Moni.
Excellent, no nasty surprises and the India numbers are looking great. Well positioned for growth and a much higher SP.
Every RNS they issue there is always something to send the SP lower and this is no exception - low outlet growth and sales back ended. Not great news when this company should be flying if the demographics are so favourable.
Only good news to the extent that they have exited with their shirt still on their back. No profit though. But a good result when central London resi values are in free fall. This had the potential to drag the company down. Onwards indeed.
ScalpTrader10 - genius 07.28 post this morning - spot on in forecasting the new SP - well done. But I think this still has legs over the coming days - it should 3 bag if the full money comes in.
1. You will receive cash for your shares. 2. Anyone can make a counter offer (and let's hope they do!) PS What makes you think you are a significant shareholder? You would have to own more than 3% of the company to get that accolade.
Yes you are. How many do you want to buy to make £0.0003/share? And with the risk that the deal isn't done until it's done?
As things currently stand that is correct if the offer goes through. You can still trade the shares on the market in the usual way until such time as the takeover concludes. What the price will be will depend on whether the market thinks there will be a bidding war or not. If not then it will stay below 2.9p, if yes then it may rise above 2.9p. Let's see what happens today...
How can the Board recommend an offer so far below our average share price over a longer time period? Selling on the cheap to their mates 'cos they know the Finkit product is a winner?? Yet another example of management arrogance at the expense of long suffering shareholders? Not happy. Glum face...
Not good when my average is way north of 2.9p! Hopefully a bidding war will break out??
The deal may well be approved in the fullness of time but unfortunately either the deal or the company will probably collapse before then. Get out now if you can. I exited as soon as the review was announced and am very glad I did even though I lost money.
So for just one of our assets we will receive a value in excess of our current market cap!! What's not to like?
