Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
There is I think a little snippet of new intell for the eagle eyed - sorry if not new news!
Text of Rns refers to site visits being 'recarried' out.. not sure if we were aware that some of the site visits were repeat ones... bodes well imo..
It may be this is a blessing in disguise.. The CRMC will be wanting to secure supplies so a binding off take agreement at mkt price less x % may be on the cards. I'd be happy with that - it would give us the opportunity to raise funds (debt with some warrants perhaps) to go alone and get started then scale up from free cash flow. This may end up the most lucrative optio for us I feel.. I have bought a few more and do so again when funds allow.
Sorry - can't get the link to work.. you can cut and paste the link text into your browser..
Some interesting news on WeSop from Iamfire Plc..

Go live seems imminent (Q1 2022). Looks like an interesting new model. It could take off and although the model gradually reduces our slice it could end up being a large cake...
Always wondered where Mineralex's shares would end up.. I hope they end up being held - backing his faith in the company - but we all have our own set of priorities and I wouldn't be surprised if some are coming from there.. that said- who knows this is trying even my patience!

Sorry Safetrader you don't get my vote.. I understand people's impatience/ frustration but a deal could be done quickly if we are all happy with a penny a share outcome.. I'm not and neither is Patrick I trust. ..
I don't see a traditional placing in the short term either - why do it now since there is money in the bank and the first whiff of a deal will send the SP through the roof? I do, however, see the CRMC taking a significant stake (10%?) at a premium as part of a wider deal to get the plant up and running and to fund other pozzolan acquisitions... I won't have a problem if that comes to pass...
OK thanks Zumore, so c13m JMS holding then.. Still a sizeable sum and I think the JMS share price is due a rise - recent buying by Brian Gilbertson bodes well and the manganese price has to follow iron ore price rises soon..
Zumore I certainly agree that Andrew could be more transparent about some of these matters and its a shame we have to work it out for ourselves but it is clear from our reported Juno holding that we held nearly 20m Jupiter shares worth £3.4m at the time of the split.. How many of these are held as security are another matter but nice to know that debt is well covered and we have some big potential cash positive events on the horizon to boot!
Tend to agree on an income multiple.. my back of fag packet calcs based on the ramped up output of 500,000 t Pozz at $100 and100,000t perlite at $120 and an assumed margin of 40% gets me to near $25m profit per year. A modest multiple of 5 gets me to a sale value of $125m or £87m or around 2.5p per share for CS alone.. please correct me if I m wrong! A buy then at these levels!
..selling the remaining GGP at an average of 23p looks like good business to me (with the benefit of hindsight at least!) I do think GGP will bounce back but am happy for PRIM to have taken the cash and used it (I expect) to generate greater returns elsewhere. How many of us manage to sell at the peak? Seems like a measured decision and one that gives me great confidence going forward!
A few people taking profits from recent top-ups perhaps... I think this will end quite a bit higher once those have exited...
Also interesting that the CRMC "Mining Manager" visited the CS project - smacks of off take or take over! ( or jv perhas)
Interesting use of wordsi n the cmments.. "use of the CRMC's surplus facility will allow for a low capital cost, low risk start up to production." I suspect this is looking a nailed on deal....
Will be interesting to see whether self generation and storage get a mention..

Anyone found out whether UK shareholders will be able to participate?
Sorry - here is the link.. https://cdn-api.markitdigital.com/apiman-gateway/ASX/asx-research/1.0/file/2924-02368241-6A1030288?access_token=83ff96335c2d45a094df02a206a39ff4
A ray of hope .. Pursuit are reporting Kendrick's purchase as still underway- option of $110000 aus paid 15th March, expires 30 September. We just need to list on main market and raise working capital. Let's hope they don't sell or put in hock our royalty. Jubilee seem to be dragging their feet on Kabwe. Despite being a JLP shareholder I would be outraged if this had nefarious intent..
Looking forward to finding out about the next investment from our cash.. Assuming the intention is to continue looking in the Green Tech space then perhaps some hydrogen exposure would be good. I'd love to have some investment in HiiROC or something similar...
