The 3 million looks like a buy actually..look at the bid and ask at the time.. but tragic once again trying to mislead by portraying it as a sell.. I can understand you leaving us briarbank but sorry to see you go especially if (as I believe) we are on the cusp of a big rise. Magic- I fear Andrew Bell might just be about to have the last laugh!
Perhaps the test successfully reached its endpoint? Might explain why the lithium battery tests continue (still evaluating how they degrade over time?) .....
could be they just wanted to also test the chinese manufactured Invinity/ Avalon VRFB given Bushveld's relationship with them and apparent cooling in relationship with UET?
Actually - I am surprised by the lack of response thus far - whilst not immediately adding to profits, the revised terms remove the prospect of us part paying via dilution at the current ridiculously low SP...will e at the back of many people's mind when considering top ups I think.. prospect now removed!
... and then we pay for most of it with loans that we will get back and providing working capital we'd need to supply anyway in the short term.. masterstroke!
this should be just the start of a news rich period as off-take agreements are announced. Best just time your entry -typically v 1st thing or on the inevitable partial drop (temporary I reckon) after the morning spike. That said whatever price you pay today will, I believe, look good in the months and years ahead. I see 1p (and have a sneaky hope for 3p) here over an 18 month period. (all imo of course!) GL!
Good Morning. You do need to declare them via a self assessment return I'm afraid - you have a few years to do so however ..
gl
Silly me that's 2 mill of course!
So a million potentially.. I don't think you will find many here complaining if exercised when we are at 6p! And then of course we are talking a low capex here - shallow resource - we just need to dig it up. Then some cheap crushing and magnetic separation and ship it out..
..and then there are the options .. the way the share price is going and with news to come who's to say they won't provide more cash at a higher (is it 6p or 4p?)
Welcome Daveness!
It's £500k per year per site in the UK. Then there's the rest of the world. I'd expect returns to be even higher as the perceived risk drops with live installations... gl
I'm afraid you give yellow too much credit.. I think we have a childish person stamping their feet because they called this wrong...that said - view taken onboard - no blacklisting forthcoming :)
And he is a bit of a prize pumpkin... sorry yellow.. if you come on here trashing the stock because you misjudged your exit in the hope of a quick buck and some bragging rights ..you leave yourself open.. you had a chance to buy back in under a penny.. too stubborn perhaps? If you want to buy..buy (doubt you'll regret it in the long term)..
Rarely do I listen to an interview from start to finish without skipping a little
but this is well worth it..recommended!
HI SGD - yes indeed- I'm afraid though that some may see this as a distraction from the main event but if we can drum up some interest in some of the legacy projects we may unlock some value that can help fast track the pozz (esp if the processing plant we have an option on looks of interest ..)
interesting to see a bit of drilling at some of the other resources being considered.. maybe they could have another go at bay state silver where they missed the expected intercept due to a drill going off true...
don't often tout shares but since you ask.... take a look at SRES (I'm afraid there's a little of a spat underway but if you can cut through the Cr*p there is a story about to unfold...(lth holder here btw for my sins!)
Has all the hallmarks - what a show of confidence if true - using the entire annual ISA allowance on SRES! I don't think they will regret it!
Seems hard to see how a fair price cash offer for Haveiron could be made until much more clarity on the size of the resource is there (and I don't believe the initial MRE will be enough). Similarly a fair price take over of the GGP Paterson licences without any drilling having taken place would be speculative on Newcrest's side and unlikely to find favour with GGP shareholders. Any deal other than a complete take over of GGP would , therefore, need to have a healthy Royalty percentage thrown in I believe. It would provide safety to NCM shareholders (if there is no gold at scally then they won't be paying over the odds) and provide unlimited upside to GGP for a cash offer for the Paterson project. I cannot see the circumstances where NCM would succeed with a cash offer for the whole of GGP - the price needed for GGP to accept would need to be too high for NCM to persuade their shareholders to go for it on a speculative basis..
All looks good to me - I think many people may not realise just how good the grades are here because the headline numbers are not quoted as 'in magnetite' as is the case with many comparable resources... and the Titanium numbers are amazing and it's all at surface too!), Then there is the Valore Pedra Branca interest thrown in for free...
What I don't see, however, is something that shows the testing of the structural corridor that is referenced. Results seem to be for the main targets (Pitombeiras N & S and Goela). Is anyone able to cast any light on whether there has been any testing outside these zones? Sorry I have looked unsuccessfully on the Jangade website...
