I can't see Patrick accepting a straight offer for the lot (unless for an obscene amount lol!) because it is impossible for us (or them) to value the other projects. There was supposed to be some drilling on the largely untested NE zone - that might help coming up with a more infomed valuation for CS. The inclusion of New Perl and/ or Jackson Wash, however, to be fair to both sides would either have to be on a 'first dibs' basis once Patrick has proved them up or just a relatively small cash upfront payment with a very hefty royalty to ensure both sides are covered...
If it's a sale let's hope it's just for CS and we keep NewPerl and Jackson wash - rinse and repeat!
With government funding on the cards we don't need them, their involvement might just be an extra mouth to feed from the ultimate profits - they had no technical input - We've had their cash!
We all have to make our own choices ultimately but very surprised to see you disposing of bushveld minerals to buy here.. it has doubled from a very low base but really only after an overhang cleared. It is not yet being recognised as a green technology stock (Vrfb energy storage) so hasn't yet had the kind of rises that ITM, AFC, and PHE have enjoyed. It should catch up over the next few months whereas a period of relative consolidation is likely in some of the others unless major good news comes. I should say I hold AFC, Bushveld and PHE all with sizeable stakes but I'd bet on Bushveld to outperform the lot over the next 6 months to a year...That said good luck here it has a great future I believe. Ps for another off the radar green stock take a look at SRES (Natural pozzalans that can significantly reduce the CO2 produced in the cement manufacture process- on of the biggest emitters - and shortly to be in production..)
Grrr.. What a lazy article yet again! How is the Vox royalty purchase on the BRITS project pertinent!
Some (with some spare time - it's long!) might be interested in the MRE for the Isabella Pearl project which gives a tantalising taster of what Sundance could be like. Open pit too so low capex high profit with those grades..
https://goldresourcecorp.com/content/2020%20REPORT%20ON%20RESERVE%20ESTIMATE%20-%20ISABELLA%20PEARL.pdf I'm here for the pozzalan and perlite but by all means throw in some Gold and Silver as long as sight is not lost of the main target! Has to be good to have a few projects with real potential to underpin the valuation.
We also know that the Diatomite project has previously attracted interest from a prospective purchaser - who could rule out a nice surprise coming out of the blue from there? This has to be amongst the most undervalued stocks on AIM - huge upside and very limited downside risk here I believe..
sorry for duplicate LSE playing up again..
If you put in a Fill or Kill at 0.32 for 300k (market size) they should fill it or raise the ask..

Welcome! Don't believe you will regret it! just click the green 'pin' to the left of the Bushveld Minerals header..
You've got until the 7th (according to II) so hopefully you will be OK!

Mt Ida royalty is not related to RRR JMS holdings Colin...
Another wee top up for me .. you can add me to the 18m plus club now :)
I have a good feeling about the next few weeks..
Yes I never understand why a director selling a few shares earned in lieu of fees should be seen as such a negative - he may wish to give himself a treat or spread his risk a bit. Just a small portion of his holdings.. I sold a few hundred k last week (but still hold over a million).. I certainly won't be selling any because of this!
SRES - Sunrise Resources - under the radar green stock (lower CO2 cement production - one of the current biggest emitters but not yet in the crosshairs) - will start production early next year, expect off-take agreements imminently..will also produce horticultural perlite (expect extra demand as US legalises cannabis). All this a several legacy precious metal projects any one of which could provide a brucie bonus! If I had to pick one 10 bagger over the next 12 months it would be this (and I bought AFC at 9p, PHE at .39p, GGP at 1.6p, BMN at 1-5p - peaked at nearly 50p and on the way up again btw!)
Suspect you'll regret it Safetrader but you have to trust yourself on these things and do what you think is right for you. Please just promise you won't be one of those bitter ex-holders that haunt the board long after they have sold..
Truce tottyman? I can understand your impatience. Although someone else mentioned that no news might be good news on all of this.. not sure myself, but the timing of the new NE Zone drilling might put some weight behind the theory that some sort of 3rd party involvement might be under discussion.. not long to wait now I suspect.. gl
thank you SGD.. I'm afraid I lose patience with people rolling out the old tired (and in the case of SRES) unjustified 'lifestyle company' and 'dilution imminent' etc. type put-downs without anything to back it up. Patrick is heavily invested here and, as such, has motivations very much aligned with the rest of us shareholders....
Unfair, unresearched, cynical.. they just had it actually .. and AFTER releasing good news...
