Sounds promising? I know £70 mill isn't much in government spending terms but at least it's a start! We'll have to wait until Wednesday for more but this kind of leaked detail tends to be accurate in my experience.

Unfortunately I think it's a typical problem suffered by British tech innovations, they take a long time to get going! Although I do honestly believe IES are doing their best with a wide spread of installations around the world. It's just a question of waiting for the world to catch on and put some nice big orders in! We're at the beginning of a renewables installation supercycle which will last years so it's really just a question of patience. But hopefully not too much!

Looking at the local power grid reporting page for report a power outage it all seems to be ok out there. Hardly any outages left so hopefully ok!

There's some large trades going through in the tens of thousands, somebody may know, or hope, that there is good news coming!

One more positive link in the chain to make this a success - good find Malik. There's probably other sources out there for those that can read Portuguese without translating every page!

Does seem a bit unwarranted. I don't want to blame MMs as I don't really buy that as a reason... market decline does seem to be continuing in some areas, especially renewables. Maybe that's all it is? You're right, could do with a timely update on any one of the many projects that are underway.

It's certainly been a red day! Not to worry though, it always goes back up. Although perhaps not this week. I think now Elon has tied Tesla to bitcoin this could drag the market down for sometime until it settles.

Evening all, anyone any thoughts on when the DFS is expected? They usually take a year or so and from my research it seems a bit overdue...?

In response to your original question jam2morrow, I suppose the market sees that this is essentially 'set' until the mine is built. There is only the possibility of bad news (building delays etc) and little potential for earth shattering good news in the next 24-30 months. So i imagine to many there are other opportunities elsewhere...

Always buy the drop! Typical market psychology, good news = price drop. Bonkers!

Good find gambit. If only these batteries take off. The main problems at the moment seem to be getting policy makers to understand their significance and proving their worth in large grid scale applications. But companies like Invinity seem to be slowly but surely pushing this narrative. Fingers crossed!
