Good to see TRX has held onto the recent gains in the SP. A good sign of confidence in the company in the new shareholders/increased holdings from people.

Don't worry, this is a passing trend, inflation ups and downs. Whether inflation stays or goes it won't stop the energy transition. That's a much bigger tailwind. Big companies like Bosch aren't going to be put off by this.

I know what you mean! This is one of the few shares that I own that can move 10% plus in a day, in either direction and often for little reason! It's a rollercoaster allright. Although, at the moment, the trend is upwards. Long may it continue!

Usually only happens when there is a lot of selling or buying and the price gets away from itself. So they pause the market (just in that stock) for a while to allow it all to catch up.

Seriously though, with the end of year accounts this month, and the Oxford Superhub going online over the summer, and more details of yesterday's deal drip feeding out there do seem to be a lot of catalysts coming through the pipeline. Just what the AIM doctor ordered! Be interesting to see if we get any RNS showing institutions have increased their stakes over the next week or so. Would be good to have some external recognition of the significance of this deal.

I'm lucky enough to have a long time horizon before I would need to sell TRX to fund retirement and buy that Aston Martin I've always wanted...

I'm hoping to wait at least five years to see increased profits this year with return to elective surgery, break even and then phase two and what that can bring. If the current management continue as positively as they've started I may hold for ten years or more.

So in one day we've had great news, six price monitoring extensions, a cracking interview with the CEO and a 27% increase in the sp.

Given the backdrop of the wider market so far this week it looks even better considering that all new tech, renewables and EVs are down. It'll be interesting to see more details of this deal come out over the weeks and months. And we've got the company meeting at the end of the month too so we may not have to wait long for more!

Besides, let's not spoil this great day with an internal squabble. We're all richer on paper than we were this morning. Not only that, there's the real possibility now of this being just the beginning. I've just watched Larry on VSA, talk about grinning like the cat that got the cream! This man has delivered so much and will continue to do so.

Now we're sucking on diesel!!

I got that impression from the recent annual results pres as well Pokerchips. They came across as intelligent and capable of making clear, market driven moves to finally lead TRX upwards. David especially came across as competent, a bit cold perhaps but that's not necessarily a bad thing in a CFO!

The TRX steam train is off at full tilt this morning! We'll have to see if she holds onto her gains. There does seem to be an upward trend developing over the last week. But now that I've typed it it'll jinx it!

Phase two is expected to bring in $36 million once it's fully operational according to the report Hardman published last October. Phase one should deliver enough revenue to take the group to break even. Fingers crossed. The reports that Hardman does do contain some projections for future revenue but they are out of date due to covid. The recent annual report on TRX website does have more as ISATony says.

...into accepting the deal?

This has been planned from the beginning, lesson learned with China: they play a cold hand of poker and they play to win.

If it becomes a firm offer we'll get a vote, in proportion to the number of shares we own. But reading between the lines I think this is a done deal and has been in the pipeline for a while. It's just a question of pinning a price on the donkey!

Perhaps this is the key bit in the RNS:

The Bacanora Independent Directors view the Possible Offer to be an attractive proposal which they would expect to recommend to Bacanora Shareholders in the event that Ganfeng releases the Agreed Form 2.7 Announcement at the Offer Price and otherwise on the terms and subject to the conditions to be agreed in the Agreed Form 2.7 Announcement.

Ganfeng have intended this all along. The offer will go through, with Chinese pressure behind it they'll end up owning it one way or the other.

Nice little find Superzero, it's all edging closer isn't it? The sp rises over the last week are indications of increased confidence and an expectation of good results at the end of the month - fingers crossed!

Good day for TRX today, managed a small rise but lost it right at the end. Although looking at the action in today's market especially across the pond that counts as a success!
