Hi ibuystocksdie, the above link takes you to the most recent presentation from the CEO and CFO. O go back to your initial question I was fortunate enough to come across TRX last year and remember asking all the same questions as yourself. My initial look at the sp over time and current price (about 0.5p at the time) nearly put me off looking any further as it seemed like just another biotech that was clinging on by the skin of it's teeth. But there is a turn around story and a huge opportunity in a re-opening play here. Now the company is on a much more secure footing, led by a new board determined to commercialise their current products. They have spent the last year cutting costs and spending money on expansion plans. The impression that comes through the video on the above link is that they are poised for when covid is over and elective surgery resumes. Good luck and hope you join us! The general feeling on this board is that we are genuinely through the worst now and the future is bright!

So it has, it hadn't pinged up in my screen. All in all a good week for TRX then!

good news to end the week with!

So, having ignored work over the last two days and spent the time going through the accounts I have the following thoughts which I thought I would share. Any and all feedback and correction of mistakes I have made are welcome.

2020 results:
- The impairment charge of 6 million appears to be mostly due to the suspension of elective surgery over the last year and the uncertainty caused by the pandemic. There is an annual assessment of the cellright division from it's acquisition and this is covered in detail on p88 of this years report in Note 12 which was missing off yesterday's RNS. See the website for this report. Importantly, there was no charge in 2019 and hopefully this is something that we will return to next year. See p61 in 2019's report for an explanation of this.
- We have seen a 34% CAGR from 2016-9. This paused over 2020 but is predicted to return in 2021 once elective surgery resumes.
- A return to 2019 levels of production should see a 1 mill rise in revenue and the savings of 900k from relocations in both the UK and US should mean that TRX is running at 2 mill in the red for next year.
- BUT this assumes that all other things remain equal. As the US continues to reopen the backlog of surgery will begin to take place. Estimates on this backlog vary a lot but it's probably safe to say that revenues will increase over the next few years. Added to that the new revenue streams from new products and the extra clean rooms and there is no reason to see why TRX shouldn't reach break even in next year's results.

Hopefully I have not jinxed it with that last statement. I did type it with one hand whilst the fingers on the other were firmly crossed!

The annual report on the website (already!) says 4 product line extensions in the pipeline. I can only see one in the pipeline:

SurgiPure XD – Decellularised xenograft dermal tissue. And this has been sent for a premarket submission to the FDA.

The whole report is over a 100 pages if you're wanting some bedtime reading! Apart from the 5% drop (no surprise there!) it's been a good day for the company IMO.

Good question submitted about listing on NASDAQ. They have thought about it and discussed it but it's not a priority in the near future.
Share consolidation is also something that has been discussed but not a priority at the moment.
Overall both Danny and David came across very positively and seemed to have a clear plan as to what they're going to do. The new BoD seems focussed and clear on what they are going to be doing over the next 12-18mths.

Does expand a little on the results in the RNS, mention of the phase two project and the increased revenue stream this will generate. Once covid is over and surgery resumes this yearnings should start to look up, and then once phase two comes online (no date mentioned as yet) this will really start to increase revenue. David C comes across well. Although sucks up to the boss something shocking at one point!

That's how I see it Fumbs, the remainder of the cash from the fundraise should last 18 months at current rates. So that should see them through without another fundraise from shareholders.... fingers crossed!

JonnyRod, 6 mill of that is a non-cash loss, so although they have a paper loss of 9 mill it's actually a real loss of 3 mill. If I'm working it out right! It's an accountancy thing so they still have 10 mill left from the fundraise which should cover 18 months. Hopefully before this runs out they will be making a profit!

So far as i understand it, and more knowledgeable posters please correct me, it counts as a paper loss on the balance sheet, perhaps as cellright sales are dependent on surgery taking place and the asset has declined in value. It isn't a real loss but does reduce the value of the asset.

Once elective surgery resumes in the US, which is already taking place in some states and won't be long for everywhere else, sales will go up again, especially in those sections which dropped off due to the pandemic. And then the cash supply which would last 18 months will not be needed to keep the company afloat. TRX might, finally, be able to stand on it's own feet! We'll have to see if they say anything new in this afternoon's meeting.

Just a few thoughts on tomorrow's results, what I'm hoping to see and some dreams as to what might be mentioned! Interested as ever in everyone else's thoughts.
Hoping for: TRX in a strong financial position ready for, what should be, a good trading year(s) to come. No need for future fund raises. Also, new customers in the offing for products especially from those extra clean rooms.
Dreams: a prediction for the near future as to when break even will happen. After this year I think that is 2022 at the earliest, more likely 2023. Also, a share consolidation and a listing on the NASDAQ. I know these have both been mentioned on here before but whether the BoD has them in mind, who knows! I've seen some dual listed companies do well, notably Renalytix has recently performed well and is dual listed which I believe has helped. The company does have a strong presence in the US as we know so this wouldn't present too many obstacles. But a price of more than $1 per share would be necessary, hence the need for a consolidation.
Fingers crossed for tomorrow! As ever, all thoughts are welcome. Hopefully tomorrow will lay out the path to profitability we all know is possible for TRX.

We will have to hold onto some of these new shareholders in order to maintain the price, hopefully the majority are new long term holders and not in it for the short term.

Well, these targets are usually twelve months away from the time of prediction.... we shall see!

Nice find superhero. Hopefully it'll be up and running soon and the sp will recover a bit!
