On a long term view (1-2 years or more) this is a good buy I would suggest. There is a possibility of several things happening in the short term however that could hurt the SP but not necessarily the company, hence it's a good buy because the company will be fine long term, but the sp has to price in various tail winds. Off the top of my head; oil prices remain high (so does diesel - obvious impact on construction costs), rates unlikely to drop if inflation stays higher than desired, lack of government push to encourage house building (Labour have done very little so far to help housing) and so on.
However, people will still want to live in houses and this company does build them rather well! But if you're possibly wanting your money some time soon then I wouldn't invest it anywhere. Obviously up to you with your own money!
