Kenneth, I hope you aren't trying to subtly deramp, but taking your questions in good faith, any placing would be done far higher than the 35p you mentioned....more like the 200 - 210p level imho. Any placing is obviously a negotiated deal between the investor(s) and the company, and the placing usually takes place just below the current share price at the time.

Anyway, enough from me about placings; we may or may not get one here, but if we do, I believe the market would see it in a positive light :)

** these are NEW shares allocated by the company - i.e not existing shares already in circulation on the open market, and it causes what's called 'dilution' of the existing shares.

Best to do your own research on placings. They can be a bad thing in a failing company when used to prop-up the company, but in a thriving company like Synairgen, placings are a positive thing because it provides money to grow the company further. All the best

Kenneth a placement is when an investor (business or private) is allocated x number of shares in a company - in our case Synairgen, at a certain buy-in price. i.e the investor effectively buys an agreed number of shares at an agreed price - with the agreement being done with the company directly

SP needed to cool off a little after yesterday's rise tbh, and has bounced back up off the 38.2% Fib retracment level. It's normal market movement helped out by the MM treeshakes imho. I think the SP could begin to strengthen further today but as always....time will tell, gla

Super day and the SP hasn't been this high since September 2016. Today the price rose on good volume to the top (resistance) of a rising channel dating back to March 2020. Can it push up again tomorrow? Hopefully ! But Relative Strength Index @ 86% is now getting high (indicating overbought), so maybe a 'breather' required before further gains? Tomorrow will be interesting, aimho gla :D

Who knows what's going on today ? Volume still relatively modest @ 4.1 million traded - compared for example to 'manic monday' when 50.8 million was traded. But an incredible day again so far, with trades currently around the 230p mark :D

well, we were saying last Friday what a difference a week makes - and here we are again !! :D

SP currently testing resistance from Spring 2019.

RSI very high around 89% - but has twice been to 96% before on the SOLG chart by my reckoning, so arguably a little more 'headroom' left.

Is a breather coming or another push towards further resistance around 46p ??

With lots of drilling news to come and the anticipation of BHP 'unlocking' next week, I suspect 46p will soon be tested one way or another :)

It apears to me that so far today, the price has risen on small volume to test - and briefly break above - resistance around the 166p level. I would like to see increasing volume and a close around 170p to set things up with a more bullish slant for next week. Will it happen ....... ?

I reckon they'd dearly love to take this down a few pegs after such a significant rise, in order to gather more shares for the next news/leg up, but folk keep buying and foiling their plans.

I've changed my mind (from a buyout at the 80p level) although I'd prefer to call it a dynamic-reassessment lol.

I think it's now at the £1.80 to £2 a share buyout level, but more likely - a SOLG JV in some form or other to production.

And of course ..... I will reserve the right to reassess again as more drill results come in :D
