The SP is nibbling back up nicely and we might even see a level or blue close ??

Looks like a bit of a stand-off today at the OK Corral between the bulls and the bears on low volume. Only one way to settle this ...... FIGHT !! lol, come on the bulls ;)

SP at 37p is still much higher than only 3 weeks ago so it's always good to look at the bigger picture after a few down-days ! A blue day tomorrow would certainly steady the boat - fingers crossed.

But if the SP continues to fall, then there may be support from Fib retracement levels : 38.2% @ ~36p and 50% @ ~ 34p (by my reading of the chart).

Who knows what's going on behind the scenes or going to happen in the next few days or weeks, but the drill bit is once again doing the talking - and will hopefully continue to do so ... gla

hi Itron, please relax, you don't need to do anything - your current shares are safe in your share trading account.

The placing allows you to apply to buy more shares @ the placing price of £1.75 if you wish, and that's what all the talk about contacting your broker is about.

Well, well....I would've liked the placing price to be 200p but then that's my average, so I guess I'm biased lol. But 175p aint too bad at all, and it's good that PIs have the chance to buy. It will be interesting to see where the SP goes over the next few days - yes we all know that it normally falls to or sometimes just below the placing price, but who knows in this instance, because this is a very positive RNS imho and whatever happens in the next few days or weeks, the future trajectory of the company and the SP looks to me to be very good indeed. GL to all those who believe and are invested in this company and this unfolding story :)

....that the SP has fallen quite so low over the last 3 days. A cooling off was certainly on the cards after such a bullrun from 24p to nearly 44p, but this has taken me by surprise - given current events. Barring some unforeseen political problems in Ecuador, I can't see the price remaining this low for long !? gla

hi SevenDragons, I agree with your 12:21 post, something absolutely stinks about this whole business as many posters have been noting for quite some time now. If it eventually turns out to be the case that SNG001 just doesn't 'cut it' then so be it, but all the evidence to date appears to point to the exact opposite and that it will be a major success. Big government resources should imho have been thrown behind this weeks and weeks ago - a British company for goodness sakes. What's going on !!?? I find it hard to get away from suspicions of old-boy networking and chums' back-scratching going on in relation to vaccine development. I truly hope that's not the case. Will any of this be revealed in the subsequent official enquiry into how the covid crisis was handled ? I won't be holding my breath. But maybe the government have been toiling away with Synairgen all along in secret, and all of the doubts will be soon be cast aside as plans to roll out SNG001 across the UK and internationally are revealed ? Wouldn't that be wonderful eh ? ..............

* i have over simplified things because, we'd have the RNS, share suspension, likely a vote by shareholders on the 'deal', then the cash in your share account if the deal was voted through. Hope that helps.

Sometimes, a deal may involve part cash and part shares in the pharma itself. Lots of permutations, but I'm certainly not an expert in these matters so best dyor too :)

hi ladders4up - to use your example of SNG being sold/bought out for £12 per share - you will receive a deposit of £12 per share in your trading account on the day of the company being sold to the pharma and that will be that. This news would likley come out of the blue (bar leaks) via a RNS, the share would be suspended and closed from trading, you get your money and Bob's your Uncle

hi Rasher, I'm guessing you didn't see the Government Covid briefing yesterday - in which Jonathan Van-Tam (Deputy CMO for England and a top guy in my book) commented on a slide showing that Coronavirus is leaking up the age groups from the younger to the older generations ? It appears that you simply can't totally protect the older and more vulnerable generations from Covid, while allowing the younger generations to go about their normal lives.

These are real people and real lives being affected by covid; not just fatalities, not just those suffering and recovering, but those with Long Covid too, plus all of the other aspects of 'excess deaths', mental health issues, and general stresses & strains upon people's everyday lives caused by the disease, not to mention the massive economic toll.

COME ON those with the power to do so, let's get SNG001 DONE ASAP..........PLEASE !!!
