thanks for the info. But why would Delek sell out so cheaply ? They are a massive company and partially selling at these levels would make no sense imo when they've been invested for so many years in Matra. Their representative on the MTA board - Gideon Tadmore - joined in June 2007 and left in Jan 2013.

It's a shame imo that at such times, the company doesn't foresee that shareholders might be wondering what's going on when they see 2 RNS released like this. Matra could surely have put a note on their website simply explaining what's occurring and putting shareholders minds at rest. Anyway, where does that leave Tricon Energy's holding size?

MIKE, I agree, but don't hold your breath. This is a new one for me, and a learning curve. How can 'dealings' be going on during suspension?? AND, why would Delek 'sell' 55.8 % of their holding at this stage? At least they haven't sold their lot because I would be sceptical if they's done so.

I can only imagine that it's some sort of transfer of shares but if so, where have Tricon got the other 18,000,000 shares from?

There are 2 RNS. The first shows that Delek have 'sold' 221,516,129 shares. The second shows that Tricon Energy Finance, LTD have 'bought' 239,516,129 shares. How can these things happen during a suspended share? I've no idea.

It's good to see you keeping the MTA bb lively but please, please make a 2014 New Year's resolution to be somewhat friendlier to your fellow-shareholders. Morning Mike, banned? Moi? Lol. Never been banned and hopefully never will be. No, I've mainly be loitering elsewhere because tbh, there isn't a lot to discuss about Matra's new prospects which hasn't already been said. We've been in suspension for 6 weeks now and I'd be surprised to hear anything before the new year, but you never know. I hope all's well with you over there?

Mao -- hazard a guess and you will have as much idea as the rest of us. Absolutely no way of knowing. It could be days away or months. None of us have any way of judging how long Matra will take to draw up the admission document.

Billy I don't think you'll have to wait for 5 years to see profit on your average here - IF Matra are successful in the USA - and it is an IF, of course. Assuming success, as with many AIM shares, there will probably be an initial 'honeymoon' rise and if you see profit, then that will be the time to sell. gl mate
