How could a company with obligations to publish RNS able information, and an individual without those obligations be in the same boat with regard to withholding information?

I hear from my sources* that the Stock Exchange is having technical issues that affect more than just the trading of SXX shares.

They have talked about a deal involving 9 figures and I'm not surprised it's taking the time it is. That's totally normal in this sort of business. All good things come to those who wait as the advert goes...
