I've seen this with many other shares. You need to understand that at this time there is generally only a small pool of funds available to feed into stocks like this. That only changes when large investors pile in. When they buy, price goes up. Simple as that. Right now, they aren't piling in - so price remains largely static.

How on earth is it a special day for LTHs? There's been no good news that might make it a special day. A tiny increase from 3 to 4p is nothing for an underwater LTH. You must have been driven insane by your losses, in which case I sympathise.

Not a chance! I wish it were true because I could sell 50% of my underwater holding for a profit on that 50% which would slightly offset the loss on the rest.

But I shall set my opinion to "Strong Buy" in case that convinces some rich stranger to buy a shed load of shares and bump up the price.

Saw that. Not impressed because it's not a very clever reply or good analogy. The responder sounds like a moron.

Anyway, an obvious answer would be that tanker movements can be subject to disruption and therefore a storage tank mitigates that the risk of disruption to operations. I'm not claiming that's the answer BTW. I'm sure the oil experts here can furnish some better ones.

Smart, frankly. Getting involved in some of the BS can be a time-wasting mistake.
