I've only ever sold chunks of £5k-10k before so I press the button and the deal goes through instantly. The OP talks about starting selling, so it sounds like he had to sell in chunks. But then I hear posters all the time about MMs collecting shares to fill a big order. How does it work in practice? Can large amounts not be sold at once? Do you have to phone up the broker and put in special instructions? Place multiple orders but online? Just curious - hey maybe one day I will get to be a big seller!

For the long term, I don't have a target. Revenue will grow. ALGW will do more acquisitions - increasing the potential again. The potential is so massive, I can't put a figure on it. I think the end game for me is large dividends or corporate takeover/sale in many years time. I won't be selling.

There's absolutely a concerted effort here with either multiple individuals or a smaller number of people and multiple accounts working together to ramp this share. It's very obvious from reading just a few threads so I doubt they actually suckered many in.

It's also a strange choice of share to ramp because there are other shares they could easily ramp and actually get decent share price rises to trade with. HUR ain't goin' nowhere.

It's exciting that all those SP outcomes seem absolutely achievable with the ALGW business model and strategy. I'd be pleased to hit either 10p or 20p but I'm even more excited to see where ALGW goes in the 5 year timespan. The potential is fantastic IMHO.

Same here, this could be a stock I keep into retirement. Unless many small companies that have pivotal events (like a well drill for example) where the price peaks and then generally falls, this one is becoming more of a steady grower now. And I like that a lot.

Strongly agreed. I normally try to set a price target for sale or profit taking with my shares but with this one I find that very hard to do because the potential is huge. By the time it's hit a natural high it'll be a mature business that produces a good yearly dividend and so I won't want to sell, or it'll be taken over for a large sum, perhaps.

I sold most of mine - and made a decent profit on the chunk I bought a while ago at 2.5p but made a large loss overall.

Yes, but it could eventually be into administration then bought out - which is not the kind of takeover that will benefit shareholders.

Your friend is very imaginative. For double figures we'd need either a decent and funded FWP, a CA driven BoD change, or takeover at ~400% premium. None of those seem particularly likely - although CA might surprise us. I can't think what else would result in double figures any time soon.

Context is important when assessing SP moves - look at more than one day. We were at 3.5p on 19/3 and today can be viewed as just a natural one-day retrace from the downward trend. 12% sits at the high end of the daily HUR trading range, so is nothing unusual on its own. If we see 10%+ tomorrow then it gets interesting. If we see another 10%+ the day after we could be game on. I assume no CPR during those days - if it lands during that time period then all bets are off.

That apart from calling an EGM and winning a vote to replace directors there's naff all they can do? That's a definite question, as I would be interested to hear what people think CA can feasibly do. Grounded, hard facts only if you please.
