I notice that ever since you turned up here you've been very confrontational. I had you down as some sort of ramper but I see from your post history that doesn't seem to be the case. What gives? If, like me, you've lost a lot as a LTH then I can only advise you to 'let go' emotionally and mentally write HUR off. It helps in the long run. Trust me, I've been in SXX, FRR, UKOG, ANGS and it helps not to get too emotionally invested. Easy to say, and hard to do - I admit. The monies are gone and only the bondholders are getting it back. Sorry.

It looked like the usual rampy Twitter nonsense to me, nothing credible (no attribution). I wasn't expecting news this morning either but then I find it's best not to set date expectations and instead just wait patiently.

So I log into iWeb just now and they're showing the SP as 7.65p and I think, that's not right. Check here and it says the same. I can understand LSE showing the wrong price - happens a lot - but not iWeb (which is essentially Halifax Share Dealing). What is going on?

Doesn't matter. You guys are arguing about insolvency status as if there's two end results. There's only one - insolvency.

In my AIM experience over many bitter, painful, traumatic years where news is generally priced in the announcement of news doesn't explode the SP. The market waits to see the news proper, then it'll react. We need the deal announcement for proper price action.

Don't mind who it is - it can be "Trotters Independent Traders" as long as their cheque doesn't bounce. :-)

That's how I read it.

The Rosgeo JV related assets aren't equal to MT/WK so that fits with the idea of keeping those but selling off MT & WK as those are substantial.

From what I've seen in the past, things like this tend to follow the usual process. In other words, I don't expect the court proceedings to result in anything else other than a rubberstamping. I shall watch with interest though and I will be rooting for the shareholder underdog. I strongly believe the deck is already stacked in the bondholders favour, IMHO. Sorry.

Hello all, ex-LTH here. I pop in every now and then in curiosity as part of the grieving process of what was going to be a super success story. No, I'm never buying back in. Oh well! Anyway, I've scan read some of the childishness and I'd like to point out one thing. You may not like some of the posters (emotion: no place for it here, get over it!) and you may not agree with their comments but the thing is there is a small number of people here who predicted the end result (as far as it goes so far, at least!) more accurately than many of you. All the time there was the organised boiler room gang saying how this was going to multibag. Unfortunately, those rampers were wrong and the RNSs foretold and then told the true story. If you are still in then I wish you luck.

However I'm not a trader but an investor at heart and I'm in for the long term gains, so I try not to look at the daily price movements in isolation - although that's not always easy...
