I agree. His delivery is a little ponderous for my taste, but I think he comes across as honest and credible. All those things it appears ZM is not. I missed the first part of yesterdays hearing unfortunately - can anyone comment how ZM came across if he was asked to speak?

Apparently ZM sabotaged (my words) a visit by their representatives and they told SN that they'd never had an experience like it before. They declined to pursue any investment.

This won't help you much apart from to confirm that it isn't anything specific about FRR shares that prevented that happening for you, but my broker (iWeb - which is really Halifax) did transfer mine from my ISA to dealing account after delisting without even asking.

Significant BoD skin in the game is one of my criteria for assessing any investment so it was one of the things that helped make up my mind to buy in. And the figure of 20% is relatively high.
